I was just going to suggest the plumber's tape I noticed somebody already did it does make it super super tight but it will also make sure that the water doesn't get out. Also what little I know about Plumbing, is that anything that drains water anywhere where water drains out of you have to have a section of pipe called The Trap. Um you probably already have this but I couldn't tell. But if you don't you're going to want to do that. The Trap while it can be annoying is there to make sure that harmful and deadly gases do not come up from the ground and murder you in your sleep. You will want to talk to someone who's really good at Plumbing to verify and make sure that you have that in the right areas so that you are protected. Another awesome video man!

I wanna rent it out for 1 month or less between mid Oct-mid Nov for $2k. In December my sister is going to rent it for 1-3 months for $1,750 while she searches for a place here in Portland. While she’s renting I plan to do a few renovations in the kitchen, Bathroom & attic so it will essentially be seen as a 3 bed room. I’ll then find a tenant for a year lease for around 2,200-2,500 (that’s including utilities). So In the end I’d be making 1,350(ADU)+ 2,500(house) = 3,850 -2,550(mortage) = 1,350 - 500(utilities) = $850 left over to live off of.

@@elijahray132 dang thats really good honestly. I plan on my retirement job being tiny cabins on land I own fir vacation spots for people. I'd live in a tiny home, looking into a Boxabl, on the land and go from there. Hope to have 4 rentals and a 5th that I live in. I just live in my semi truck for now. In comparison, a tiny home would feel like a mansion! Can't wait to see how you fo going forward.
