MOT Day For My Audi A4 - I'm Confident This Will Be Fine ...
In 2015 I met Mrs Jon Coupland, we were both young, beautiful and single It's that age-old tale, boy meets girl, girl meets boy, boy drives a K11 Micra. Girl thinks it's naff. So boy went out and bought a 2000 Audi A4 B5 Saloon 1.6 Petrol ... that will impress the ladies right? ... Well Kinda.
This A4 replaced my K11 Micra as my daily driver and I put 50,000 miles on it in 5 years. But then I realised that this car needed to be retired into the Coupland Collection, and so there it sat, preserved. Rarely used.
MOT expired in March 2024 and I was confident all would be ok - MOT booked, all was NOT ok, but Dad and I replaced the CV boot, unstuck the brakes and was confident of a pass.
In this video I take the car for an MOT, discuss tractors in Lincolnshire and fall back in love with this car!
