    Exercise is excellent for circulation and you don’t have to stand on your head, unless you really want to.

    Loved the video! I’ve tried almost all of these. Love them all, my favour items are the onion juice, Ayurvedic powders and aloe Vera. I just the onion juice with garlic and as a prepoo. My hair has gotten seriously thick from it.

      Yes ma’am! I know women who use the onion religiously and it works! Just not for my scalp lol I can’t walk around smelling like onions. I love it when we can find a regime that works for us!Thank you so much for watching Sharifa!

      Oh wow! I'll have to try the onion juice with the Ayurvedic powders with Aloe Vera. I've seen a few other TH-camrs speak about it in videos, but I was kind of hesitant. Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll definitely try it out within the next couple of months!

    Excellent presentation, Mya!!! Very good information! That inversion method and Headaches....I know, can't handle that. Please do the video on Henna and Aloe Vera. I would be interested also as to how David uses Aloe Vera to help with his Blood pressure. Love your videos and the research you have put into them!!! :)

    Your hair is beautiful! You mentioned that you use the aloe Vera to help lower your husband’s blood pressure. Can you please explain how. Thank you so much 😊

    • @KlassicallyKept
      @KlassicallyKept  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hello Pat! Sure. I take the actual plant. I use a knife to slice off the spikes. Take out the guts of the plant, put it in a blender with ice and water. Blend it up and he drinks it straight lol , no juice , no sugar, nothing. We started Monday - Friday and have no brought down to Monday Wednesday Friday. If you are going to try this make sure you consume something with potassium afterwards, something simple like a banana.

    Hey sis and Happy Sunday!!! As always I really enjoyed your video. I just placed an order on Amazon for some of those powders and Jamaican black castor oil! Next weekend I plan to make a shampoo based of one of your previous videos that included the fresh aloe vera leaf. Thanks you so much for posting this because my hair is recovering from the iron deficiency from last year that caused a patch in my right temple to break off to about half an inch gradually. My iron levels are just shy of being normal so now I'm in "hair recovery mode". Thanks again and have a blessed week!

      Thank you Naptural. I understand, my mother has low iron, to keep her levels up she eats mussels. Let me know how the shampoo works for you, I need to do an updated video I have changed some of the ingredients. I will be making a new batch this weekend. Thank you so much for watching !

      @@KlassicallyKept Hey sis!! I made the shampoo and used it a couple of days ago. I was able to easily finger detangle my hair prior to rinsing it out, which was great! I was pleasantly surprised how my hair felt after rinsing it out. Curls and coils were popping, and my hair felt moisturized and not extremely oily!!! I loved it. I look forward to seeing the video you plan to make for the updated version. Have a blessed weekend.

    This video is great ! Lots of good information . I’ve used most of not all besides the inversion method . I just need to be consistent and be gentle because my hair has thickened up and it is growing. I need to figure out how to keep my ends from thinning out. Let me know if you have any advice besides cutting?

    You said that Aloe vera brings down blood pressure. How do u use it to bring down blood pressure,?

    • @KlassicallyKept
      @KlassicallyKept  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello ! Yes we were able to lower my husband’s blood pressure and he has been off his medication for some years now.
      In the morning I would cut up the aloe plant and slice out the guts. Add water and ice to the blender and mix. He would drink it straight like that lol , I would add it to my smoothies, it is very bitter.
      Make sure after you consume the aloe, especially if you will be doing this in a weekly basis . you replenish your vitamin k. Bananas are a good option.
