Biryani is like an emotion.... U can't compare Hyderabadi with Moradabadi or Awadhi with Kolkata ... Just like you can't compare your anger with your excitement or your love with your fear... Each to his own... As a person born and brought up in the city of joy.... Kolkata biryani is LOVE for me....

3) saffron biryani

And must say the best biryani which delhi provides are from "saffron biryani" and "biryani by kilo".... But out of these two "__saffron biryani__" biryani is number one .....
Ek Hyderabadi aap logo ko recommend kr ra hai ki saffron biryani ki "Hyderabadi chicken biryani" best hai... matlab u can trust his words .... Bit expensive but really worth it ..... I have ordered from saffron biryani which is in rajouri garden they might have branches in other parts of delhi i don't know but this place was close to me ..... Amazing biryani 👌👌 perfectly juicy chicken like Hyderabadi style and perfect spices .... U can try them .... And after ur first bite u will remember me .....

I am a fan of Awadhi Biryani and found Behrouz classy in taste. Balanced flavours and fragrances, tasty rice and perfect spiced chicken. I prefer taste over spice level. Would like to try Box 8 for sure.

Video acchi thi maza aya sab bolenge but mujhe ek baat kehni thi imp ki behruz ki biryani for 2 people in 590 mehngi nhi thi antil sach mei wo bhi do gulab jamun aur raite ke sath .. humare idhar 270 se acchi wali shuru hai for one person ekdum kam quantity mei no desert raita nothing . Bahut dukh hota hai

Here's my unbiased take on biryani which I believe you too would agree to after travelling n living in various parts of India.
1. Hyderabadi dum biryani is simply the best out there. Nothing comes close imo
2. Delhi/Lucknow biryani is a joke. It should be just called pulao. (This is coming from a Delhi guy haha)
3. Kolkata biryani is not bad. The masala is good actually but honestly the aaloo just kills the whole dish imo. (No offence)
4. Moradabadi biryani is surprisingly probably one of the best biryani in North. Severely underrated imo.
5. Kerala biryani is OK if you like a hint of coconut in your masala.
6. Behrouz biryani is OK. Nothing special like the way they try to market it. (Pro-tip: Eat just the meat pieces n discard the rice, if you really have to. The masala on the chicken is actually tasty haha)
7. Biryani by kilo is good. Not hyderabadi level but good.
8. Chennai/Tamil/Thallapakatty biryani is good if you like lot of tomatoes in it. I never liked it tho
9. Malabar biryani is a zabardasti ka dish. I'd rate it the worst probably. Haha
Only biryani that I keep going back to is hyderabadi dum which is why it makes me believe that it's just the best.
I can only suggest you to relish it whenever get a chance. Thank you.

What biryani's I tasted in NCR till now , for me Biryani by Kilo has been the outstanding one. Too good taste. A little bit expensive but taste wise it's the best. After that would be, Khan Chacha, Biryani blues and Bikkgane(only CP outlet)

North biryani has only smell, south indian biryani has aroma and taste like hydrabadi, chennai, dindigal biryani and also special rice (seeraga samba) which would'nt make you bloated after eating it. Try it.
Have hyderbadi biryani thrice a week and get piles free.. lol
