You should try Nolen Gur Rasogolla, and Nolen Gur Sandesh, exotic sweets only available in winter. And also Pathisaptha, which is also a delicacy hailing from the state of Bengal.

Currently a baking student that’s why love sweets !! The dish in Sikkim served with momos is called moktuk and Thukpa and moktuk both are different and traditionally belongs to Tibet but then it first reached Ladakh and after that to sikkim or north east

@TheUrbanGuide. Thukpa is not only a traditional food in Sikkim n northeast it's also in Ladakh tradition. N its originally made in meat soup with meat pieces but if you order for mix thukpa then yes momos are also added...
