Me being a Hyderabadi , staying in Delhi for some significant time and having tried all biryanis shown in this vlog can affirm that NO Biryani came close to Hyderabadi biryani . Biryani blues was fine . If you're staying in Delhi .. I recommend Angaar restaurant biryani from Karol bagh. Though their attitude and customer service is pathetic .. food is good.
Thnx for including veg biryani cause there is a difference veg pulao and veg biryani. Also there are also chicken pulao and chicken biryani. I am too a non- vegetarian but some people say that veg biryani doesn't exists then its wrong veg biryani has also variety like falafal,gulauti mushroom, kolkata veg biryani ,mughlai vegetables biryani, paneer biryani and many more. There are lot of different types of Veg Biryani. People who say Veg Biryani isn't a thing, definitely have lost their mind. Also... Biriyani isn't exactly the same as Pulav, but both have a lot of similarities.
due to certain reasons we can't have non veg in house so today while watching indvsnz match i ordered veg behrouz biryani.....as it's too less how much you appreciate it's biryani....matlab no elaichi in it and rice is cooked evenly the spice amont is balanced.....better than biryani by kilo :) :) :)

Being born and brought up in Hyderabad and also worked in Delhi NCR for 5 years I have tasted all the biryanis mentioned in the video and even more chains along with my friends. I would say that Biryani Blues is hands down the best biryani available in Delhi NCR as it matches the right amount of spice level required and chicken cooked to perfection to enjoy the biryani. Paradise is no doubtedly one of the best, but then the recipe in the Gurgaon branch has very little spice level compared to the original one in Hyderabad because North-Indians usually do not prefer much spice. I have eaten these biryanis for 1 year.. Bikkgane is the best you cant eat others for longer time.. Bikkgane is love.
