Thank God for people like you who take the time to make TH-cam videos. This is exactly what I was looking for and now I could proceed to make the dish that I imagined and can use your recipe as guide. Thank you
Ok so I"m ready to make my tare, egg and hopefully pork today. These videos have been great. One question, how long can you store the tare in the fridge?
Can you freeze this recipe? We're following the series and are going to be freezing or canning the broth. Should I add it in and freeze or I feel like canning with it in might make it ferment more? I accidentally did that with bean sprouts once LOL
Delicious great recipe. I had a substitute MSG garlic powder cause I was out of it and my sister doesn’t like spicy so I did sesame oil instead it stilled turned out great.
never been much of a fan of miso soup. find it a bit bland. but you got my attention when you said sichuan red oil 😋 I like how you get straight to the point instead of going on an 20min tangent about your life story or history of the dish like many other recipe videos here on youtube. keep up the good work
I really wish there was a restuarant near me that made ramen. This is a lot of work, but that looks so good, I think im gonna order those 3 ingredients online and make this. If I make the broth ahead of time, can I freeze it?
great scott! another upload! thanks for that! Say, would it be possible to also use with grams and stuff next to tbsp and cups and stuff? and what's tahini? perhaps some explanation in the discription? i hope i'm not too demanding :)
Hmm I do have a scale and in the future I can convert to grams for you! Tahini is a sauce made from sesame seeds. Common in the Greek section at most grocery stores!
@@teikenramenchannel you're the best! i'm just not used to working with cups and stuff. i'm not sure if it's regional or what (Belgium), but the only place i've really found those measurements, is in Ikea lol. thanks for the consideration
How many gram is 2 cups of miso paste? If you dont mind could you help me to make it into grams 🙏🙏 make it more easier and accurate for scale 🙏🙏 I really like your passion for every videos that you made ! Amazing 📸
Just made this, substituted a red onion for white, because that is all I had and it is delicious! I had some leftover on a spoon and just mixed it with some hot water and it turned into a delicious, slightly spicy soup! :D
I have been looking for a recipe of the "fireball" spice that's being added to ramen to make it more spicy. I have been scohring the internet as to what its called. Anyone here who can help?

This channel needs more subs. The narration, the detail without over explaining, the editing, and also the memes. Subbed!
Hehe thank you, Tyler! We keep it fresh up on this channel
I like your calm and straight to the point video. Good work

1tsp = ~5ml, 1 tbsp = ~15 ml, and 1 cup = ~250 ml (actually about 236, but I usually round up to make it easy)
Seems delicious, great video once again
I am excited to see you enjoying the content chronologically. I’ll be curious to hear your thoughts about how the style has evolved
No daishi stock? The last recipe I looked up used this with several additives. What is the difference?
It’s all up to personal preference. Do what tastes good to you!
What do they do different with packaged chili oil vs doing it yourself?
It’s about being able to control what flavors you put in the oil as opposed to the generic spices
Very helpful

Hi, can I use Ssamjang as a substitute for miso?
It is possible but there is so much seasoning in ssamjang that I would not recommend it. If you do, make sure to taste as you go!
Noiiiiceee

I would guess Szechuan flake, or maybe ghost peppers or Carolina reapers
Excuse me, I'm not a native speaker, somebody can tell me when he Is making spice blend, what is msg? Thank you
Mono sodium glutamate. It’s an umami flavor boosting agent. It is sort of like salt, but with a different flavor profile
