Looks useful. Thank you for the review. I am looking at buying a used Cayenne to tow a small camper, so that scanner looks like it will do the trick. Evidently my OBD11 scan tool won't work on Porsche... Now I just sit and wait on Carvana LOL
Thanks for the video . I’ve just started my search for a scan tool for my 991.2 gt3 . I need a new battery and the local vw dealer wants 175 dollars just to marry the new battery to the car . I watched another video and it recommended several scan tools and one mentioned the new battery install where the others didn’t which made me think it wasn’t a basic function and not embedded in all the units . Can this unit perform the new battery function or is this not applicable to the gt3 ? Any comments welcome . Oh yeah , I don’t have a Porsche dealership in my immediate area . I too have two other vehicles if different makes . Does this unit support your Range Rover ?
Good video! One question: can we flash other firmwares for other brands of cars? Like Mercedes Benz. Not sure if the hardware is the same for all brands. Thanks!
Hi, that's a great review. I'm looking at getting one of these but, i'm not sure which one is best the POR v2, the P700 v2, the PPR II or the POR v3?? Are you still using your POR 2?
I'm not sure check out their website. Once you do the initial setup you really don't need a computer. BTW I just did an Intermediate service and it worked like a charm in resetting everything. Also, I tried the ODB on several other cars and it worked great. I feel this pays for itself on your first self oil change.
best review I found on this tool thus far.
Excellent video explanation. Just bought a POR 2.0. Ready to upgrade and to use it.
The only proper review of this device! I bought an LR v3.0 for my Jag. Hope it really works...
Great video. Breakfast Club flashback when you turned the key on the Rover.
Really excellent review.. thanks

No, this one is specific to Porsche. Odb cam be with other makes. They do have model scanners specific for other car brands.

Funny that you kept saying ODB even when it was written OBD ( On Board Diagnostics) right in front of you. lol
