    This 30-minute leg workout builds intensity as you go! Here’s the breakdown:🦵 Each exercise is 30 seconds, adding a new move every round.💪 The first exercise gets the most reps, while the last is performed just once.⏱️ Includes a 3-min warm-up and 4-min cool-down, with 25 minutes of focused leg training.
