That is a smilmar same set up that i have here in Argentina!! my LC has 215.000 km and it has been all over Argentina (just came back from a 5k-kilometer trip to the north of Argentina and chile). love your videos, best source of information about those amazing LC. thanks so much.
Nice to have an updated walk around the TLC 120 (did you see what I did there?). You have said before that this one is NOT for sale. Good! I'm looking forward to watching this vehicle age gracefully over the years with, along the way, lots of TLC!
Hi Anthony, with the squeaky door try a little white grease on the rubber bumper. On the pillar there may be a little clear sticker and sometimes that makes the squeak. My rear door on the 150 used to do it.
Think i saw you have an idrive mounted to the left of the steering wheel. How has that gone on your trip to the tip top? Especially with that many kms? Do you still think it's good?
It’s OK I didn’t pay for it. It was a prize. I wouldn’t waste money on it. It’s not required. Makes the vehicle feel like it’s more powerful than it is by making the Excelerator two sensitive Therefore, causing transmission shifting, and talk converter unlock at undesirable times
FYI, not sure for your state, but that antenna bracket forward of the bullbar, could technically not pass RWC. I had a led bar mounted above the bullbar and in NSW they knocked that. Ridiculous, but what can you do.
That's a good spot but, as the bracket to the top bar angles back, it might not protrude past the front of the bar, which I think can be the issue. Might still be a good idea to reverse it though. It would look much neater behind the top bar too - which might appeal to Anthony, although might not be so easy to use the KAON bottle opener in that position - easy fix on that too.
Really great vid, man. Love the no nonsense approach.

120 Series was so underrated, what an amazing machine, so comfortable for long touring and surprisingly capable offroad. Kaon are awesome

That’s immaculate for the ks! Mine’s rough, particularly the paint, at 210k!
Great set up 🤙🍻
Awesome information mate

Nice practical drawers. Who makes them/brand ?
Cheers
Home made. 👍
With the head unit, did you find s fix to the volume imbalance of phone volume being much lower than radio/music?
Also, link on eBay for head unit?

Definitely not legal as is. Don't think it could be flipped or would likely get in the way when opening the bonnet
455,000kms....hardly ran in! GO THE MIGHTY 120 SERIES!
