    Hello. In your video, the diameters of the three bodies are same. If the diameter of sketch2 is larger than that in sketch1, then how to unite the three bodies to resemble a smooth transition? Also, how to have precise control on the lengths of each pipes? Could you please help? Thank you!

      you can use fillet/ blend option to add a curve near the sharp corners ,which would result a smooth geometry.

      You need to select the turbulence model equations for this.

      yes ,you can change the density of air to boussinsq or incompressible ideal gas.

      this is only for a tutorial purpose, for a proper analysis ,you have to check your result with any experimental or analytical work for verification. if your result is not satisfactory then further do changes in meshing ,go for fine meshing and check, like wise you can get a better result.

      though I dont have much expertise in Spaceclaim , it might be the Boolean tool to join, substract the body operation.

    regarding the bend angle, is there any bend angle at 45 degree for Y bend Ansys simulation??

      I didn't get your question. You want to change the bend angle or what. If you want to change the bend angles, you can modify it while you are creating the geometry in the sketching plane.
