I love Nolvus. After trying a bunch of modlists and craft inumerous modlists myself, I settled with Nolvus, modified a lot and becomes my best modlist so far. The people in their discord are also extremely helpful and awesome. I love Nolvus and the people around it!
Right!? It's a great community for the most part, can he exhausting answering the same questions over and over. I tend to take breaks from helping in there 😁
Is there a way I can pick and choose which parts of Nolvus I want? Like is there a list of mods Nolvus uses that I can just go get one by one without having to do all those steps in the Nolvus installer? I have mod organizer 2, and if Nolvus uses Nexus mods I can just take the time to go get the mods I want.
Is there any update on when V6 will be available?
I tried enough modlists and Nolvus is the best one by far.

These reviews are so well done you should do more I can see the effort that went into it
I started playing Skyrim literally the second it released in my region. Until now, I play it with the same enthusiasm as the day it released or more because of the incredible mods. However, I have never completed the main storyline and probably never will. Of course Skyrim Unbound, Alternative Start and a slew of other amazing mods made sure that we have alternative ways to enjoy this glorious sandbox game. Your own creativity is the only thing that will limit the number of times that you can roleplay this game, but it helps to have such talented and passionate modding community sharing their creations.
What a great video. After sticking with more “vanilla plus” mods/lists I’m pretty sold on Nolvus. It seems great effort was put into making all the content mesh together seamlessly. I’ll be giving that modlist a try very soon
This is my first time ever downloading a Skyrim mod came across a video today and after downloading decided to watch these videos first and to my surprise you uploaded this yesterday can't wait to try this out right now. this video was so well made it made me want to try it out even more keep up the great work wow just wow this vide owas so well made

I love these videos so much, im currently playing through Nolvus myself and I'm always learning new things about the list with your videos. The editing and quality of the videos are insane, even being nearly 34 minutes long its so entertaining the entire way through.
Is it pretty stable ?
For me it has been yeah. It's only crashed on me a couple of times and I'm at level 15 and I don't think the crashes are due to the mods cause hell it would crash on me occasionally without mods. @@Lostflipper24

It took me 3 Skyrim videos to realize you’re the same person I used to watch that made those incredibly cinematic warframe videos, I think the first one I saw was the million damage Ash and I remember spending HOURS even days trying to recreate that build! Holy- now I see why your production quality is so insane and the level of detail you put into your videos! Glad to see your channel grow and you cover more and more beautiful content! ❤

I'm at 4795 active mods. It's actually the biggest modlist on record, it surpassed vagabond.
I hit the esl limit awhile ago, the only way to add more is merging mods.

I’ve put a lot of hours of Nolvus in and this video is blowing my mind. I’m amazed by the variety and depth of content I haven’t even experienced yet in my playthroughs. This is just wild.
There's so much still for me to cover to, my best advice is to try get yourself out of your comfort zone and try playing a different way than you normally would. Some of the things you discover is so cool!

This video had me insanely exited to start nolvus again. Quick question, how did you have that neat little magic wheel at 15:00? Also, did you make any external modifications to the modlist or is this the base modlist experience I should be expecting?
I'm going to check it out after watching both videos. I love playing a variety of playstyles, but I always go back to being a pure force of destruction with mage builds. As such, more mods that have fleshed out or themed spell packs are a must for me, such as Phenderix's magic/elements and other Darenaii or Kittytail mods. Also, the Midden Expanded, Obscure's COW, and Immersive COW w/ patches are usuals for me. I wonder if I can get them all to work with the Nolvus playlist.

This video is amazing! Can I ask what is the spell wheel you are using here? 15:00 this looks so useful, I can't seem to find it myself? Is it a part of nolvus, or did you add it? May I suggest a video segment about using/setting up the hotkeys and keybinds? I also noticed you use a different UI, it would be awesome if you could show how to alter those as well! It's a bit overwhelming tbh.

Really good video I had no idea these modlist were so detailed. Back when I got a lifetime membership on nexus I didnt realize it would grant me access to these modlist for free. Now I dont have to spend hours or weeks ttying to get mods to work together.
I was so pumped when I saw you uploaded a new video reviewing Nolvus, I would love to see a part three. Your way of reviewing this content is amazing, I love your incredibly detailed and yet simplistic editing.
those hair physics mods are not preinstalled with nolvus right? or are they exclusive to the ultra version (i am running the ultra redux version)? can they just be installed on top of the modlist?
Coming from someone who is halfway through a playthrough of nolvus: its pretty steady with not many noticeable problems. However, there are a few manageable/insignificant issues once you play for a min that still bug me. The radiant thieves guild quests are broken half of the time because the cell where the quest target was doesn't exist anymore. Seems like Skyrim's got Talent just doesn't work at all, or at least at the point I am at considering scripts and all that. There is a panel in your bedroom upon completing the companions that customizes Jorvaskr. It just causes crashes or seems like it is halfway functional. Its an amazing load order and it does a lot for you that would normally be a time consuming pain in the ass. The trade off is that is built for everyone and there are a lot of mods that you will probably just have to ignore/live with. Especially if you play a male character and you aren't going to play dress up with a harem of waifus. I just wish it catered to someone more like me who preferred immersion to convenience and cool/sex factor, but I still REALLY enjoy it.

Inigo, Lucien, serrana dialog, Auri (song of the green) and Kaiden are my go to group. They all interact with each other and you will never be bored with them around a campfire. These are always in my load order.
Where can I find Lucien, Auri and Kaiden? I would like to try this group out
@@elitecreet7211 in game or on Nexus? In game, Lucien is located at the dead mans Tavern in Falkreath, Auri is in a Pod near Falkreath and Kaiden is located in the ABANDONED prison near Fort Amol. All of these mods are located on Nexus. Just do a search and you will find them.
Trust me they are of high quality and will make you laugh. The banter between them are very fluid and genuine. It seems they were made for each other. Inigo, Lucien, Sarana, Auri, Lydia and Kaiden all compliment each other. For Auri you might want to also pick up a mod that fixes her combat so she uses melee weapons. In her default mod she just uses bow.
Correct me if I'm wrong.. I find many versions of Nolvus around (modified or similar, example: Ultima) but has the modlist itself undergone an update? The last time I played Nolvus Ascension was a year ago, in this video it became like something wonderful.

Which mod are you using in the pack to pull up the wheel of spells? I cant find that feature in the mod pack. Also you should do a video just on setting up all the features in the game. Great video.

Vigilant is a blast to play and the fight against the Aurorans and Umaril was just epic.

Hey big question, I've noticed I can't level beyond lvl 70 in Alteration. I'm using the Alternative Leveling so I'm not really sure what to do? I went to the collage of winter hold assuming its like learning the best spells where you need to approach one of the professors but he didn't have anything new.
I just don't know where I can ask questions on this pack

Is there a link to a more detailed breakdown of the builds you showed? I.e. perks listed, etc Specifically the Thunder Ranger.
I realize that the alternate dodge when locked on targets doesn't have i-frames. Is that intentional and could i just disable them and use the normal dodges with the i-frames. I think the alternates are also random sometimes so my character dodges in directions i dont want and gets me killed in fights, Would love to use target lock more but with the alternate dodges its a pain.
Anybody else have an issue with nolvus where if you load a save your character gets the frostbite debuff and dies in 3 seconds??

I scrolled through all 1500 hairs included in nolvus, plus the hair mod in the description that I already had and couldn't find it. it's gotta be another mod he has. @@niloufardoustdar3901
Exceptional video! Can you share a link or a name of the paid DLSS plugin? I run a 13700k & 3080 12 GB at 1440p144hz so I'd love to get as many frames as possible with the Ultra version. 60 fps is not really satisfying on a 144 hz monitor.

Nolvus is the best modlist so far. Im definitely waiting for Ultima as well though.
When playing as a vampire, I would 100% recommend using the mod "No more Radial Blur - Performance optimization". It stops the vampire sight from being so blurry, that caused my eyestrain.
I also added "my home is your home", makes putting followers and spouses into the houses you want really easy.
And of course, my favorite mod... buxom wench yuriana + yuriana voice pack + immersive wenches enslaved wenches patch :D
I wat to add Yuriana too, are the quests of Yuriana mod confliting with anything?
I'm not a modder, so no guarantees^^ I only played like 2-3 quests from the yurianna mod and it seemed to work on both ultra and redux nolvus@@kellymarques2801

I've made hundreds of configs with thousands of mods myself, but I'm giving this a try cause hey... The good people at nolvus already did it for me.
Reading the website it seems to require a specific path to launch, will that interfere with say armor mods I want to add? Or changing up certain animations(i'm proficient with OAR/DAR configs etc)

Ive actually never played Skyrim, as been waiting until i have a high end PC. Im yet undecided on playing with the most gorgeous visuals like this on flatscreen, or playing less beautiful modded Skyrim VR for more immersion... 🤔

If you do a part three, show some love to the 2 handed melee weapons! Would love to see some Greatsword mechanics. I found one called 'Dwueth'Var' for sale right in Riverwood at Lucan's shop, but it is not always available.

Think I'll probably do a 2h Orc at some point but the builds need to be interesting enough to show.

@@RelentlessZen hey thanks for the reply, I rewatched and sure enough a bunch of two-handed special weapons . The Orc build sounds cool! I'd like to find out a good way to to incorporate some spells into my 2H greatsword character.
@@RelentlessZen I'm going for a William Wallace type character, that battle standard heavy armor perk showcased under the Necromancer section could be a good fit.
Do you have any additional mods (or are any provided in the pack) that offer ways of recording shots like some in your videos? I'd love to have different camera angles in combat or what have you but I have NO idea how I'd even start. That aside, your work is very impressive and I'm excited to see a part 3 if it shows up.

Thank you for these videos. Certainly does look like an interesting mod list and I will install it in the near future and make a test character to see if I like it. I get a feeling that I won't get 60 FPS at 4K on my 4090 though so I may be tempted to go after that DLSS mod if I decide to pursue a playthrough!
I get 50-140 frames and average probably around 100 on the highest settings with my 4090/i9-13900k. The modpack literally runs better than Vanilla sometimes for me. You'll love it bro.
@@toby100035 I gave it a try and the graphics are fantastic - if there is a benchmark mod list to show what you can do with Skyrim's graphics, this is it. I do not get 60 FPS all the time at native 4K with the maximum install but the performance still feels decent.
What I am less than impressed by is the gameplay, balancing and character interactions however. Everything seems too easy with powerful followers available from the get go, I have liked Requiem based lists for their difficulty and not relying on player-only multipliers to get there. Can't say I'm a fan of Immersive Wenches either.
It's unfortunate that Wabbajack does not currently have any mod lists as good looking as Nolvus.
I want a further look at the stendarr build. Do you have a save available?
Which mod gives the radial wheel you were selecting spells and things from? Was that a rebuild of the favorites tab? Just started my playthrough a few days ago so I’m still figuring out which mods need configuring in the MCM to get working
