Sarjapura is actually a very good place to live, but not towards HSR as it gets crowded and polluted. Kodathi Wipro area is very good for living and investment. Sarjapura metro will soon be available and peripheral ring road will boost the connectivity.
but that whole sarjapur road is so narrow and it's already too crowded and a lot of new projects are coming in that road and with metro also planned, I wonder how will that road cope up with the traffic and I don't see any road widening efforts as well

Bangalore has sprawled like no other city in India. But I see down the line in 5 years North Bengaluru is the key Real estate market hub. Be it IT / Industrial it is North Bengaluru. There is a scarce of water in these Sarjapur belt which is difficult to meet the operations and demand. But TN govt is taking advantage of built Bengaluru for the business hub at Hosur. They are opportunistic as always.

There is no development going to happen in Sarjapur and Whitefield side. Focus of GOK is North west Towards Tumkur and South towards Kanakpura and Mysore
Technically airport is impossible in hosur..... according to airport rules no two airport should be that close .... bangalore already have international airport so central govt wont allow to construct another that near according to airport authority rules ....by the way airports are concurrent list so state cant do anything without center consent
Other state people living more than kannada people in Bangalore, so Bangalore should be central government union territory, because kannada people showing so much attitude 😮😮😮😮
Why though? Don't you think instead of expanding and having another airport in bangalore, another airport is hosur would be a better option, considering that it is closer to south blore? Also, since tata is starting a new tata city over there, it could help even more

One of the proposed hosur airport site is 35km from Hosur..so even south bangalore people will think twice
