Otto mentions Cici’s disappearance taking place when he was a young boy. My theory is that Cece didn’t want to trouble and worry her brother with her illness so she chose the Nowhere. Otto then promised himself that he would heal the people that are suffering like his sister, which led him to study in order to become a doctor, then specializing in children counseling/ neurology when he learned he could maybe find his sister, Cece, through troubled children and nightmares.
In french, the word for six is spelled identically to how it is in english, but it is pronounced like the word “cease” in english (as in “cease and desist”). Maybe six is a clever nickname for Sisi. The pronunciation could also be some sort of double entendre considering the darker connotations of “cease” sort of matches the world of Little Nightmare’s darker tone. Noone also shares this ominous characteristic since it’s a contraction of No One.
I definitely think that the raincoat has been passed down between many kids, kind of a morbid symbol of the fact that a lot of kids have died in the Nowhere for many years (especially when you consider how the podcast mentions that the Ferryman has been a figure in various mythologies).
@@LittleNightheories6 I highly doubt that the raincoat literally has a will of its own, given the fact that it’s from the normal world, I was talking about symbolism from a literary standpoint (my mom is a lit major, and taught me how to look at stories from that perspective). I think the reason it keeps appearing in different locations is much more simple, which is that it’s being worn and left behind by various kids. And a point that I didn’t mention earlier, about Six probably not being Noone because, she looks Asian, is that people of different races can live in other countries too, so I don’t think it’s the best idea to base a theory or theory debunk on that (that could also probably be taken the wrong way and turn ugly). Though I definitely agree with Noone and Six being different people based them having different nicknames and the fact that they look different. (Edit: I hope this didn’t come across as harsh, I have a habit of being a straightforward that might not always translate well into text.)
@Z3r0_g You weren't really that harsh, and I didn’t mean what I said that seriously. It was merely a little joke. But I get your statement nonetheless.
I really think that the raincoat has it's own will you can see that lights flicker when six put's it on so that means the raincoat at least have some kind of power or magic if not it's own will
The song argument not meaning anything feels weak. I mean, just because the song exists in universe doesn't mean it cannot be tied to a specific character. That's also a way of creators to add hints to things
I just have this one question why would the ferryman think putting kids into a different realm where monster want to kill them would somehow be a better life
I think sisi is the lady Sensei Auto mentioned that he lost her when he was a little boy and since Auto is a full adult it wouldn't make sense for sisi to be six or the girl in the yellow raincoat since they're too young and the only way sisi would be the girl in the yellow raincoat is if the sounds of nightmares takes place way after little nightmares 1 which would not makes sense since why would they have the sounds of nightmares take place way after little nightmares 1 and very little nightmares and also the lady has a picture of a girl in a yellow raincoat in her bedroom and I think that's her younger self.
I liked to think that maybe Sisi and Otto only had each other growing up because of the way Otto said “how could you abandon your own brother” to himself. So, maybe Otto put her up on a pedestal thinking everything was fine when in reality Sisi was struggling everyday. Which is why she escaped to the Nowhere. Then again, your theory does have some merit too.
I personally think sisi is the girl in the yellow raincoat from vln since otto knew sisi had a yellow raincoat it can't be six cause six got hers IN the nowhere.
the raincoat in the chest could simply just be some random yellow raincoat idk how rare it is for kids to end up in the nowhere but theres (no assumptions just assuming each character as their own) six, mono, noone, cece, girl in yellow raincoat, those kids in the comics with mono, the children around the campfire in one of the comics, ethan (possible), and theres probly a ton more we havent seen yet as theres alot of nomes too and a bunch of children in chapter 5 so its still a possibility that some kid just had a yellow raincoat and left it there or the perfect lady just randomly sewed it one night and the raincoat used by cece was one owned by her which is why Otto is surprised by the raincoat so in my own opinion i think cece is the girl in the yellow raincoat still
I know that there are many things pointing that noon isn't six. but there are also things that says she is. for example i have this ridiculous thought:which character has been present in all of the ln contents? six I know it's stupid but what if noon is six?
sisi is six i belive cus in theory in the sixth epesode of the podcast as far i kann remeber sisi got iderdused and the fact that oto got exsided wen noone menshiond a yelow rain cote proves it iven more
I like that idea, but not really. 'Cause Tarsier (as far as I believe) never intended make the Nowhere a dream world or call it that, and that was mostly for promotional advertisement.

That's exactly what I thought. I guess the raincoat has a will of its own too.

@@LittleNightheories6 Figured it was likely a joke, but wasn’t sure. Kind of just wanted to explain why I think it keeps showing up in odd places.

Maybe otto reacts to the raincoat because cece had talked about it being in her dreams

Noon has also shown violence and ruthlessness too, in the 2nd chapter.

Oh yeah, I know I was just kind of saying that it’s a joke. But I do find it kind of interesting though as like a concept of an idea
