This holiday is a great relief for me. I don't get annoyed or angry anymore by the plastic sounds or stepping sounds or people's behaviour. I think my focus on my workout, watching some comedy shows and favourite movies cured me. The Bangkok trip has also diverted my focus. My floor plans kept me occupied too. 3 weeks of holiday just flew like that. I didn't feel it at all.Since yesterday, i laugh to myself everytime i think of the Nalla Dhamayanthi movie comedy. My father's presence no longer irritate me. I don't know what was the magic.

Be in "The Ego" (Balanced Ego) state of Mind Don't allow Super Ego (morality, Good & Bad judgements, etc) or ID Ego (Only pleasure seeking activities) to take over the mind. That is, don't allow your other thoughts and actions to be governed by Super Ego or ID Ego Once you practice living in this state of mind, the Vaasanaas will get destroyed slowly and many Vistas will open up in life. Miracles will start happening. But what you once thought as pleasure will no longer attract you. Your maturity levels also will increase tremendously Once all Vaasanaas are destroyed, then your path to Moksha is opened up BTW, Buddhism & Sanathana Dharma are 99.9% the same. There are subtle differences in that 0.01% which only a highly trained philosophical mind will discern.
