What I like is this guy shows you body weight exercises you can do at home without the expense of a gym and he does not go into some long gimmicky sales pitch .
While you are technically correct his movements mirror those found in break dancing specifically the Up Rock. That said dancing can be a tremendous form of cardio and calisthenics exercise on it's own.
Really it's all in the application, obviously a waltz in going to be less intense than this. On the other hand up rocks (and most break dancing moves) are often performed with higher intensity than what is displayed in these videos.
Really like your alternative approach. You don't just "lift", neither do you just exercise regularly with bodyweight. You're an athlete and very versatile. This type of training brings massive gains! Thank you!

This exercises, brought flashbacks of when I use to do them in the 80's, and in I never saw other doing then until now, thumbs up. . your form and technique as always is superb. when I see others with pathetic form and technique, and I mention they get offended, rather thankful which I am expressing their wrong and to correct themselves. Close to what I used to workout for 3years Pistol squats kick through(2nd exercise you did) bear crawl/tiger pushups Now I do weights. but whats the point if you can't move your own body weight the way you want

They are Nike performance clothes - you can get similar ones from local Nike stores (that's where I got them).
