i recommend dave the diver, also because of its replayability! unlike other games you can play it for 50+ hours because theres always stuff to explore and getting all the achievements also takes some time
As much as I love A Hat in Time, I have to warn anyone looking to get it for the Steam Deck specifically to be cautious. The game doesn't run properly out of the box, with no DLC or mods being accessible with the default Proton version. Once you manage to get the game to acknowledge that you have the DLC, you should definitely disable most if not all mods, otherwise the game will run poorly and crash not long after you boot it up. Overall performance is hit or miss, but it does run smoothly at 30 FPS with some degree of fancy graphic features. And finally, DO NOT play Vanessa's Curse on the Deck. It's a nightmare. That DLC in particular performs extremely badly on the Deck. Great game, but it should not have the verified tag. I have no idea how it got verified in the first place, whether it was Valve or the developers who slapped that on the store page.
the video is good and all though i do think most of your recommendations are kinda basic/can be boiled down to 2D/roguelike games which isnt bad since those games rock though adding some hidden gems next time that are in a weird genre/very unknown would be appreciated. really good for ppl who dont know many games though.
Idk Indy games as a whole r not for me . I mean I have a few on the oled deck but I don’t play em . I like rpg fps ish type games. Assassins creed, god of war, rise and shadow of tomb raiders, uncharted u know those type of games. I never understood y people wanna play old ass Nintendo games emulation n stuff. But whatever floats ya boat right.. I didn’t spend 700 dollars to play Nintendo style games 😂
@@wesleythetrombonist Exactly!. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that!. I'm just pointing out the fact that most of the games in the list are playable on the switch!.

Indie games are more interesting than the games you listed bro
If you wanted to play triple A games maybe the best choice in software for you wouldn't be a steam deck but perhaps a console or pc.
Commit war crimes in rimworld.
Damn
Most of the games are playable on switch😅
Some of these games run like crap on it even though i love the switch, steam deck is king
and? 🤷♂️
@@comradejux and people like you are somehow triggered
Nothing wrong with that! I have a Steam Deck and don’t own a switch, and I doubt I’m the only person in that poaition
