I Subscribed. I have cooked in restaurants for decades but not Michelin Star restaurants. Never been to a Michelin star restaurant either. Part of the reason for that is that I don't like my food to look like something that came out of an 👽 Aliens Movie. Now that dish with the Asparagus looked really good 👍 though...
