Could you possibly learn the chords to 24?? I’ve been trying to figure it out but just cant grasp it
great video. Did you record at 41khz and 24 bit? I get distortion/cracking when pitching an octave up
I'm super late but yes 41khz and 24 bit. You may need to play around with your buffer and or block size in the audio interface settings to get it to not crack.

I am also amazed by the total absence of sound artefacts with the pitched up vocal, is there a trick like the original voice was special EQ'ed or something
@@keefazstudio I think it's because they probably use Melodyne for formant shifting instead of a live VST

try using a plugin like auburn grallion and mess with formant / pitch shift, also plugins like slo mo and half time

What was your vocal chain , did you use autotune?
Yeah i typically use auto tune.
I'm a Autotune - > EQ > Compression (with gate) guy. Reverb and Delay are typically in the "sends" section.
Can you try doing Quasimoto voice?
I am pretty sure it's twelve semi-tones, but still a great vid.

Any pitch correction that has a formant option will do it. You will have to google around because I have PC and can't use logic
