Barry Gibb is the king of the falsetto. I LOVE the Bee Gees. Their music is fantastic. This is REAL talent.
Just 3 guys standing around singing. Robin kept his hands on his hips the whole time. They didn't have to try too hard.... they were just that good.
Your poor generation has been so starved for good music, real music, that when you hear it, it overwhelms you. What we took for granted back in the 70s it's like manna from heaven to this generation. I'm glad you had a chance to listen to the wonderful pop music that we had from back in the day

Bee Gees are legends and incomparable. They are featured in the Book of Guiness as the most successful songwriters of all times. Nobody can surpass them in terms of switching tones and tunes. Sir Barry Gibb along with his twin brothers Maurice and Robin are fantastic and down to earth.

My all time favorite group, since I was a teen, and Im 73 great grand..Barry in the middle, his twin brothers Maurice on right, Robin on left their falsetto voices were one of a kind, all brothers deceased by Barry..I have tears every time I hear them thinking of my teeny ears..❤they aslo wrote songs for other famous singers,

Just another example of why music was so much better in the 70's......pure melodic perfection. The Bee Gees might the most talented musician's/ songwriters that ever existed. They got a bad wrap in the late 70's because of the disco revolt but their catalog is so much deeper than that short period of time.

Definitely one of the best groups in the history of music! Those brothers are/were amazing! They wrote a song for Celine Dion called Immortality that is amazing! The guy in the middle (Barry Gibb) is still alive and still performs today. His twin brothers Robin and Maurice have passed on and we miss them!

Love, love, love the BeeGees. Pure talent in that family. Their younger brother Andy Gibb had a beautiful voice too. Unfortunately, only Barry is left as the other two have passed away, as has Andy. Andy sounds so similar to Barry, too. You need to check out their entire catalog. You won’t be disappointed!

The 70's were the greatest music. My grandson hates today's music and only listens to 70's music. Such great memories and life was fantastic then.
...and Andy. Unfortunately, we didn't get to hear much of his talent at all. What a sound all four of them would have been.

Only one of them survives to date but I was lucky to grow up when the Bee Gees were are their peak. It is good to see young people listening to classic artists, pure, raw talent without any auto-tune or computers, all analog. They also wrote "If I can't have you" for Yvonne Elliman (what a hit that was). By all means, enjoy music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Those decades are unrivaled when it comes to original, fantastic music. The Bee Gees, their harmony is simply sublime. We based our relationships on the feelings these songs brought out. That is why romance was so important to your parents and why you and many other babies were made.

This was live, no editing, no audio games, talent, all 5 were gifted with a voice, youngest Andy Gibb left early on own as musician and heart throb, died too young, brothers took the music he was working on and finished it, that's why listed as co-writer on songs after death. It's all amazing . His arm like that a lot, had back problems and wouldn't take pain meds because of Andy's death.
Barry was the one with back problems. Robin was just casual. Andy was still alive when they recorded this video. Robin had his own drugs, but wasn't addicted. BUT super talent. Nobody sang like Robin. All huge talent.

It was later taught in all types of singing. Welcome to world of the BeeGees, or Brothers Gibb, which is what BG stood for. This is singing wih falsetto voice, they also have beautiful normal singing (chest voice) voices and songs in it.Their posture is just " casual", comfortable, because they hit the notes effortlessly and do not have to exert themselves. Look You should be dancing, they also play guitar!

Also their youngest brother (he was not a member of the BeeGees ) died years ago his name was Andy Gibb and he had a solo career check him out he also had an amazing voice

They then moved when barry was 6 to the uk mainland to Manchester england, This is where Barry started getting into frequent trouble with the police for stealing car radios. It was only when a policeman who knew the family suggested to there dad that he should consider moving away so as to prevent barry from getting his brothers involved with his petty theft that there gradual change to the global mega stars the would become began

Born in England, moved to Australia, and had a couple of hits here, then went international, may I suggest an early vocal arrangement, called ....I started a joke.
Robins vocals were amazing, another one is New York Mining Disaster.

Incredible songwriters .incredible arrangement that was a full orchestra .incredible vocals ..nothing but raw talent every one of them .and they all play guitar.keyboards ...and it's is very difficult to sing completely falcetto into four octives.with consistent power and equalized breath .and this is not completely live they did it live but there is the low octive in there they didn't do there .there's a two part harmonies when Barry goes off on his own up there steps .the low octive is the easiest that's why they overdubbed go fill out the chord excelant mechanics .their best work in their prime and right around Saturday night fever to so they were rolling .Barry did most of the writing and arranging ..he also wrote shadow dancing and I wanna be your everything youngest brother Andy's two hits .Barry is and will always be a legend if your on your date with your girl pop this bad boy on watch what happens..
