I wish more companies would make as close to OEM replicas of retro consoles... this one seems like a pretty good representation of that.
I want a wireless controller for the TG16 and for it to feel like an official one.
It’s nice to see the turbografx 16 getting some love. It’s a very underrated system that’s too expensive to collect for today. Thank god for evercarts and emulators!

I always love it when they throw some weights in there to make it heavier. Gotta hot glue a stack of nickels in there to make it more premium.
There are pockets in the Sega Virtua Gun for Saturn where you can put AAA batteries to add your own heft.
I bought one and was pissed when it didn’t work with the American Turbo Grafx 16 so I built my own adapter .
Hopefully it turns out to be a good quality controller.

I hate how on the box the logo on the middle button is rainbow colored but on actual controller its white.
Lol make a controller look like it could be repaired by a quick disconnect cable in case the cord gets damaged but negates that by gluing in the cable connector..

Duo has the PCE connector so yes it should.
I bought one a while ago and the only real issue I ran into was the turbo everdrive menu selection getting a mind of its own when in 6 button mode. Other than that I’m pretty satisfied with it except for shipping which was a punch in the throat for sure
If I recall correctly when I had a turbo everdrive it did the same thing with the ave pad 6

What is annoying is that NEC even made the joystick ports different between the PC engine and Turbo Grafx16. Regarding the new controller, it is amazing how membranes are still used decades later. It looks like they coated the IC's surface to reduce corrosion.
Releasing a 6 buttons PCE gamepad without including a 3 buttons mode like on the Avenue Pad 3 (map run or start on button 3) is quite dumb (even more considering where run and start are on this gamepad) , unless they are both mapped to buttons V and VI in 2 buttons mode.
When in 2 button mode the III button functions the same as RUN. I’ve had this for a while and that was a selling point for me. However, my gripe is with the D-pad. At least with the one I got I can press down on the center of it and it registers all 4 directions at the same time which games see as no movement for your character. Total bummer.
I'd love to get a Chinese HDMi flash stick with PC Engine controller. By the way, does someone know how to assign bluetooth controllers to the Aliexpress Chinese flash stick emulators?

I play turbo grafics way back in 1992 my friend Michael had it and everyone Laugh at him cause his controllers had 2 buttons like Nintendo and one day he saw in the news that Street fighter champion edition was gonna come out and everyone say how in the hell you gonna play street fighter with only 2 buttons and he said that his brother hill had buy a 6 buttons controller we don't believe him so we went to his apartment to play with him and that's wen I saw the 6 buttons controller that was my first time I saw
Turbo grafics and the small card games I think he had like 4 games back in the day
Ultimately when my polymega finally does come in, more than likely I will be using my retrobit or 8bitdo wireless controllers.
Dont forget with Polymega they have to add support for a lot of controllers to work. Retrobit works, but 8bitdo most ive tried hasnt worked. Hopefully they continue to add support.

It doesnt actually have extra buttons, if comparing to the avepad 6 which is kinda a good controller to have for pc engine. Games that use 3 buttons or 6 buttons will be supported with it.
Any idea if this works with the raphnet adapter?
Was looking for a PC Engine controller, might get this one cuz an original one is waaaay more expensive...

I have Sega Genesis , super nintendo and play station I'm the kind of guy that plays game from the collectors
so I'm gonna check Amazon for turbo grafics and the games but I won't get 2 button controller I'll get the 6 button controller cause the 2 buttons sucks

They are supposed to ship a majority of their consoles from September to October 2021. Anyone who preordered from 2018 to April 2020 will get their systems shortly.
The people who use "slow mode" on retro controllers CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
What if we use slow mode on emulation?
Also i was using an emulator that was so accurate that it was lagging in game when it would have lagged on origonal hardware.
Poor Quality controller TBH.
On the plus side, the $15 contribution towards shipping is going to help the Polymega hopefully be ready in time for it's release date. (for realsies maybe)

Sicne i no love fur the TurboGrafx-16 i will give this an pass. just in case I looked the mode button. Just like the 6 button Genesis game the mode button fixed issues with some of the older games. Nintendo didn't need to make new SENS Gamepads. Since the SNES gamepad was already ready.
