Divide water to dissolve the others.
Niacinamide 10 gm
Shikmic acid 10 gm

Oil in water with shikmic and then add water which has arbutin when cool down a little😮
Then
Glycern 40 gm
Ipm 9 gm
Aloe vera gel 4 gm
Put it in fridge
Ph is 5 is totally fine
