Man I wanted to learn this when I was a kid. I loved climbing trees and other stuff. I need someone to train me.
You could train it yourself many people are self thought a good tutorial is jason paul’s tutorial just search jason paul parkour tutorial its one hour and it helps a lot
Search to see if there's a local parkour gym or outdoor parkour community in your area!
I didnt climb a tree until I turned 19, when I started parkour (and doing 'natural movement')
Most of what I learnt was from my mentors in the community. Finding people in your local community is ideal if you can find them (though covid probably would make that harder).
What’s great about parkour is you can learn without a dedicated “coach” there are many good tutorials on TH-cam and when u eventually meet others who do parkour they can pass on skills they know to you as well
I feel this should be part of the Olympics. The people that do this are legend's 👌

WOW you basically nailed it! But i feel there is missing something like: "taking ownership of environment and our cities" "different movement-cultures based on architecture" "learning to train without equipment" "parkour-vision". I am not jus saying this for no reason, i think we should have a new video like this every once in a while. It is like the curriculum books at school, they are always "version 9" or something like that because there is done further research and things change. I am definitely going to use this video in my teaching, and when someone asks.
