  • "The Healing Villa" is a guided meditation for migraine relief and headache pain set in a healing seaside villa. This hypnosis to release pain will guide you to a safe, beautiful setting with a healing pool beneath a starry sky. Let your nerve cells know they may stand down, as you dial down the pain and luxuriate in a serene setting for deep healing.

    Wow. I’ve done a lot of meditations and this one is incredible. Not only did it completely shift my migraine but it calmed my nervous system and I actually got sound, peaceful sleep which is unheard of. Must be the frequency but this is pure magic and I can’t begin to express my gratitude.

    I had a migraine for 2 days I tried everything to get rid of it pain killers morphine drinking coffee as coffee normally helps with my migraines in the past nothing worked I found ur chanal by coincidence and listend I fell asleep while it was on I woke up 2 hours later and it was completely gone iv been awake for 2 hours and no sighn of it returning I'm defo subscribed now thank you so much ❤😊

    I also suffer from migraines. If one gets full blown it can last for several days.
    I had one starting at bedtime. I listened to this twice and woke up headache free.
    This is a real gift for people like me, who's meds don't always work. Thank you so much.

    I've recently tested positive for Covid and listening to this last night helped me so much. I am in constant pain but escaping into this meditation allowed me to at least get some sleep. Thank you so much Michelle. 😊

      Although it's 2 months later, I hope you're in good health. I just tested positive for Covid myself. The headache associated with it is a definite nightmare! I haven't slept in 2 nights because of it. But I immediately came to this meditation and it's helped me relax and ease the pain, even without sleep. Best to you ❤

    THIS IS A TREASURE.
    it's already the second time where this has helped me fall asleep and when i woke up again, the insufferable headache was gone. I played it on repeated mode for the whole night. I also normally don't sleep well due to stress and worries, this actually gave me peaceful sleep.
    Please never ever ever take this down. This is the only thing that has worked for me. And i am so grateful to have found this🍀

    My migraine did not go away, but then again, it hasn't in a week now, BUT. I can never sleep when I am in pain, thus I get sleep deprived and end up in even more pain than before. Today, after only being able to sleep for 2 hours and waking up to puke from the pain, I have found your meditation. After almost 6 hours of thinking well, I'll have to deal with both the pain and being exhausted, this put me to sleep for a few more hours. I also have insomnia, so now I will try this every single night. My migraine is still here, but oh my god, you made me sleep! Thank you so, so much. Your voice is so soothing and calm, the meditation so peaceful and warm - well, as much as I remember of it before falling asleep. Thank you a thousand times for this, finding this was a true blessing! I can't wait to take a deep dive into all the wonderful meditation you've created cor us. Bless you, I hope your days are filled with love, happiness and sunshine! 💕

      If I could make a request to do a longer migraine video? When the migraines hit I will take medicine and use ice packs.. then it takes a bit to try and relax into your video and then to let the pain go… I absolutely love the migraine one now telling my nerves to go on Holiday and dialing the pain down… then the Normandie castle with the cool marble hallway .. maybe adding in.. to submerge oneself into a cool water pool before climbing into the the big bed in a dark room with a cool breeze and receiving a gentle massage or acupressure points around the head and temples.. Just a thought to try to lengthen it .. Please know it’s already soo wonderful I just keep replaying it.

    Thank you, Michelle, for this great meditation! I had a migraine, so I was looking for something here on TH-cam that I hadn’t used before. I just sat through and listened to your meditation while laying in bed in a darkened room. It worked! The migraine pain I had when I started is pretty much gone. Your voice is extremely calming and soothing. I will be looking at your channel for more videos to use in the future. This was a very effective recording to listen to. Thanks again!

      I will be working on some-- I do have things in here that may help soothe even emotional pain. So often in my life, the physical pain was a reaction to the emotional (which led me to migraine issues years ago).

    This is another great one . When you have pain especially ongoing pain it helps every once in a while switch up the imagery. This worked wonderfully. It also really helps to imagine the space around the castle or villa before going on with the meditation. Getting a good feel for the imagery really helps. Thank you very much .

    Ahhh this is so amazing and is just what I needed today! Hearing your soft voice and listening to a realistic meditation which cues in on the things I need when my head is off and I need relief, like the cold, coolness of a room or fan. The feeling of cool water on your head and a heavy blanket cuddling your body. This meditation is so relaxing and relatable for me. Thank you! It's amazing!!!

I love the visual imagery suggested by the dial and turning the dial down. Everything was so beautifully crafted. Thank you!       I hope it helps-- I had a time struggling with migraine pain and tried to include all the thoughts that soothed me during episodes.

      You gave it a fair shot. Nothing is in size fits all. Find what works for you. It what the journey is about. Hope you’re able to relax somehow. Everyone deserves that.
