Simple & Tasty Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe in Oven.
Biryani Made here is done using Marinated Chicken which is perfectly baked in the oven along with the rice.Don't add any water.
An oven baked biryani which tastes as good as the Biryani made in a traditional Method.
Bake 425 F for 25 min & 400 F for 25-30 min.

Your recipe is almost identical to mine, although I can’t stand Shan biryani masala and make my own. There’s a minor difference in the amount of time I cook the rice (3-5 minutes, ~40% done), add the rice with a little of the water it was cooking in, and oven settings at 450 F for 25 minutes, flip the try around and another 25 minutes at 450 F. Rice gets crispy on the top, so after removing foil, just mix it around a little and after resting for 10-15 minutes it is perfect. Sharing your recipe to a friend who wants to learn how to make biryani.

Preheating oven means we needs to set a temp as 425f about 25 min in bake mode

Preheating means Set temp 425f press start then oven heats unto 425 f then beeps at that time open oven door keep tray and set cook time to 25 min then start.hope you understand what I said
