    hello i
    I am customizing a metal card, but the engraved part does not come out neatly. I think it's a setting value problem, do you know anything about this?

      you need to play around with the settings, ezcad has lots of different settings, it needs some practice to get the experience

      @@박영호-l7l At the end you do a cleaning pass, high frequency and speed, low power, just to remove the dirt. You can engrave any surface, not only polished surfaces

    Nice wthis is a 50w? I have a question on cleaning after engraving silver 925..I get white finish do you know how can I a silver finish not white?

      I am using a 30W, you have to play around with the settings to get the prefered colours, I dont have experience with silver, sorry.

      @@homegunsmithunger598 thanks- for engraving angle i usually have it on 0 but what angle would you recommend for clean pass? After engraving

      @@EJSVARZ I always use auto rotate angle 10° always, it rotates automatically in on direction when you press mark + for every pass it makes.
      To get a clean bright surface you need to use high speed (2000-300), low power (

    What kind of file are you using to import the logo. I’m struggling to import jpeg files

      you need to make proper vector files, jpg doesnt work, the programm needs to know the paths.

      @@rockstarjewelersgarage9793 with photoshop for example, there are many different tutorials just search for „jpg to vector file“ on youtube. There is no simple 1:1 conversion programm, a path needs to be generated.

      @@rockstarjewelersgarage9793 I think you need a CO2 laser, but no experience with that. I am very happy with my fiber laser of triumphlaser china.
