I love this! There were a few moves that I just couldn't coordinate my legs and arms so I just let my arms flop around. As soon as I tried to put my arms into it, all was lost. 😂 6891 steps, 467 calories, 119 zone minutes. Yay! Thank you 💯
Male over 50: Great Workout for me. Weekends I try to workout aerobics for 1 hour. Enjoy and drenched when done. Will definitely do again. I enjoy the fact I have to think on some of the routines about what I am doing. Gets a little harder as I get tired. Almost keeping up. Nice.
Love these walking ones. My 7 year old calls them "Freestyle" classes and he and I bust a move to the beat for the walking pieces. Thank you. Hope you all have a great weekend.
I feel so awesome... I love toning moves alternating with standard walking to get my daily steps on... So far today I have consumed 64oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 747 calories and completed 7,560 steps... I tend to burn alot with steady state workouts... If this is accurate hmm... I am skeptical but I know I got a good workout in for thr day and that's what matters most... Today's green smoothie is typical... Spinach cabbage pineapple banana & flax seeds blended with water... I will see you all mañana for the next BG Fiesta 🎉
This was amazing. Usually Fridays I do a more relaxed w/o and don’t push myself to much but I still try to go a whole hour. I was so shocked at the calories burned. I was not expecting it. The moves were easy to do but this workout is deceiving. Thank you again Andrea for your hard work and dedication

I am really missing my daily walk outside today (weather unsafe for it), and I came to YT looking for something to do indoors. Terrific combinations. (The arm movements make all the difference!) i have fallen off my workout regimen so i wanted something i can do to ease back in, did this but replaced the walking segments with jogging instead and it was a pretty decent workout. will try again

my monday workout! clocked in 7,117 steps because I did it non-stop 😅 burned 445 calories with 145 bpm average heart rate. thank you 💜
