    Your videos are the best. I workout each day early in the morning and I don’t find your videos a drag like going to the gym. I hate the gym. I look forward to doing your routines each day. They are fun and they absolutely work!! I also love your music choices! Since doing your vids (June 2021) I’ve lost close to 75 pounds! Thank you for providing these vids! They work! You’re amazing!

    Since starting Tabata's workouts about 3 years ago I was able to do this workout (and even do a fast run in place rather than just fast steps) at 73 years old. Ladies, don't ever give up! With the help of great workouts like these and being consistent you can build stamina, muscle and lose weight. Thank you Tabata!!

    I was so surprised after this workout cause I've been doing TH-cam home workouts for over a year and ever since I started counting my steps and the calories burnt, I realized that most workouts that say you'll walk '5000 steps and burn this amount of calories' have always been wrong. I always end up taking fewer steps and burning fewer calories. This was the very first TH-cam workout where the step and calorie estimate were accurate.
    I ended up taking around 5800 steps (I also worked out during the grey areas) and burnt around 530 calories. I've never burnt this so much doing an exercise that felt so do-able and honestly almost easy. You've just earned a subscriber and I can't wait to do more workouts!

    I'm totally addicted .. I get up at 2am every morning do a 30 min hiit.. then at 5am I do the burpee girl work outs . This one was like doing the 10k. One hour 5 min work out wow. I incorporated walking . Running and tabata. I love running .. it's an eye opener and along with a water and energy Celsius drink ... I did a total of 5,885 steps.. burned 276 calories ..and did about 4 miles ... I'm so proud of myself .. thank you so much for the awesome workouts .. I feel like a million bucks ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    You are my aerobic idol! I am 51 years old and have always exercised. I have a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, so I have taught and done aerobic classes for years! I love how you set the perfect pace for me to work hard to keep up with you. I have to push myself like NEVER before in your sessions. I pick what I feel like I want for the day, and click it then start going! I have lost a few pounds but, in my field, it is not just weight loss it is aerobic endurance so I can work harder for a longer period of time... Since finding you online, I have toned my arms and feel GREAT after conquering your sessions. THANK YOU! 🥰

    I did this workout for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I wanted to move the whole time so fast walked for the rests in between moves and on the active breaks and I worked up quite a nice sweat. Thanks 🎉

    Thank you for having so many 5000-step fast walking workouts. When It is too hot or cold to walk outside, I do one of your videos. The step count is more accurate than others and the balance work is a bonus

    i needed something different today and wowww ❤‍🔥did that deliver!!! I'm sore from a strength workout i did, so this was perfect!!! I challenged myself and held 2lb hand weights on all the walking sections,...then on sections 4 & 5 I lightly jogged the walking sections instead still with the 2lb weights for even more burn lol 😰💪 that was great!!🚶‍♀🚶‍♀🚶‍♀
