Lovely homes. Just got our home from DR Horton and we are in love. These are reasonable priced too. The 5 bedrooms where we are start at $500k. I appreciate these videos and the time you guys take to show us these!!
I hardly comment but today at the beginning of the vlog when you were having a conversation with the realtor I looked at you and thought, girl is slaying this look. Love it.
The second house I like that set up , BUT the kitchen falls short of what I expected.. and the bathroom fixtures are Very cheap.. For the cost of the house, come on..
Are you looking into multifam units? Sec8 rentals are steady and secure. Every 1st of the month Uncle Sam drops those checks! Ppl always need somewhere to live. Plus the Fed government have a ton of programs when you buy property to rent to them. It's per state but like in ny I get a rebate for my ny state and federal taxes! Just a thought for though!
Love the home and tours, but please let us hear the rest of the specs of the homes without the music. I would love the tours with just the voices and explanations and size of the rooms if indicated.

Please get yourself a realtor. Having a realtor that shares your concerns will provide you with more incentives from the seller/builder. The builder/seller pays the realtor commission, not you. The realtor will seek out all the incentives they have to offer and provide you guidance. Doing it personally from the builder will let you lose money.

I don't love the fact that as u walk in the bedrooms are at the front of the house and the master is way in the back. I wouldn't buy it
