The reason i think why he doesn't want a divorce is because his things are telling him, should he divorce you he will loose everything, even if you can give away everything including the business. You are both tied together spiritually because of the marriage. He keeps winning because of your soul. This is more spiritual than it is physical. You really need seriouse prayers and deliverance. Once you are delivered he will divorce you running or you might even fix things and have a healthy marriage. Disclaimer: I am a Christian and I love Jesus. Life is spiritual. Pray harder than before.

Here is my take "When a man finds and marries a good wife, he finds favor and blessings from God". My advice though late
1. When you decide to divorce, press to the court until the other party produces a signed alternative settlement. Even then present this to a court.
