First of all I would like to say a big thank you for all the effort you put into making this video. Really great. Last weekend I tried again but unfortunately without the desired result. Just watched your video and it's become much more clear to me now. I'm going to create a new project again and follow the steps in your video. I will let you know the result. Thanks again!
Thank you, it was a full week worth of videoing and editing, the longest i have ever done. Yes, let me know how you get along with the project, remember to keep saving the project as you go along so you don't need to start from zero everytime. I am working now on a possible video about the color calibration because as you can see, the warping is only half of the battle.
Great video. Instead of using pencil marks, using small circle stickers placed on the screen is much much easier for correcting and lining up your lines. It also means once dots are on you no longer need the laser
I want to congratulate you on making a great instructive video showing the whole process from start to end. I was struggling with getting the warp working with IDP and P3D Viewgroups. I just couldn't make sense of it and it was very frustrating... This makes a lot of sense of it and I now feel much more confident about finishing the project. This video should be used by Fly-ELise as an example of how to use their software for anyone wanting to set up a warp for P3D. I will tell them that. Congratulations again.
Wow, you made my day for sure. Originally i did a 3 part videos on setting up the projectors and screen, but not so much on the software side. It was after many requested me (privately) to show how I did it, and so I decided to help the community and make such video. Thank you so much for sharing so much in detail the process you went through in aligning your screen. I got several tips that would help me in getting my own screen up and running. However, I wonder if you could share more information and the materials you used to build the screen, although I already have some ideas, I really like the way your screen looks.
Hello, i did not build the screen, I purchased it from Simpit. However, with now much more experience, I can tell you that for the same price you can find much better quality, or perhaps build it yourselves.
Thanks for the very useful tuttorial video! Would like to ask you for advice. I use 3 projectors. As I lower my eyepoint, the entire screen moves down.Is there a way to fix this? Thanks! 🙏
I think you may be altering some values in the wrong line. The p,b,h should not be touched, as they contain the values calculated by Immersive Display Pro (IDP) to have a correct alignment. For adjusting the eyepoint, there is a different input line which right now cannot remember the name as I am away from my pc, however the IDP manual talks about how to change the eyepoint. Is there a reason why you want to change that? I did not change it on mine

Hello, appreciate the video guide. I'm using 2, 4k smart projectors. And I cannot get past the 1st part where I need to turn on Nvidia surround... Whenever I try to link the 2 projectors under Nvidia surround 1 of the projector's will be a black screen... Is there anyway to fix this? It's not a HDMI wire issue as it works as intended when not under Nvidia surround
I believe that is normal..Nvidia surround makes the screens as a single screen, and one seems off but in reality it is connected. For example, I have 3 projectors, and when I put them in Surround the 2 lateral screens black out and the image is centered on the middle screen. Try to continue with the setup, once you connect via a second pc with Immersive Display Pro, you should see all screens
