HELP, he disappeared during the fight with the dragon never giving me a chance to get the vocation. He isn't even on my list of met NPC'S
If you missed the Spearhand guy during the dragon fight his house is in Harve Village. It’s the last house to the right, overlooking the ocean.

I found him in melve and found him again in harve
PSA: Wayfarer also allows you to wear any piece of gear. So if you like fashion, Wayfarer is the class for you.

It's basically the ultimate class once you have nearly maxed every other vocation, it's great

Just want to add one more way you can get into Bhattal... This was an accident honestly. I was exploring and found the gate you show in the video and I ran right past the guard. Well he stopped me and asked for a permit, which I didn't have. He then decided he was super unhappy about the permit so much that he started beating the ever loving crap outta me. I didn't wanna kill a guard for just doing his job, so I was gonna just let him kill me and reload to before the situation went down. Well, turns out, home boi just knocks you down to 1hp, then hits you to the ground and proceeds to arrest you. You end up in a goal cell in Bhattal as a result and if you bribe the guard 10k gold, he'll just let you go right there in Bhattal at the capital. Basically the equivalent of one ferrystone and boom, in the country ezpz. Sure, we got a mark on our record of being arrested, but oh well. We're the mfin Arisen amirite?!?
The easiest way to get past the gate into bhattal is if your arisen is beastren and have your permit along with you (border entry permit) which you get from Captain Brant once his missions completed but if your human you have to buy a beastren mask in the same place your at which is checkpoint rest stop and a store called (Ibrahim's Scrap Store)which should be seen on the map once bought equip the mask then talk to the guard at the gate again then show your permit and your good to go
You can hop on on coming oxcart that going to cross the gate, I done this by accident cause i don’t have permit but have the beast mask.

@@Sleep-bc2eq I forgot to mention you can also use an oxcart to get in but if ever want the permit called (border entry permit) progress through the main story and complete mission (feast of deception)

It's a great vocation, but with mystic spearhand being a thing I've tolerated it not existing anymore lol
Something to note, I was leveling warfarer to get a certain augment and noticed i was also leveling up all vocations at the same time. I gained a rank with all my other vocations I had unlocked.

Warning to future players:
DO NOT get warfarer early, it is not worth the walk and enemies, you only get 3 skills, all classes but only 3 skills. He's not a jack of all trades he's a jack who knows a couple things.
Easiest way into battahl is to jump on top of a cart going thru the border
They don't stop or question you and take you right thru
The cart doesn't always go there though, do you have an easy way to make it spawn?

Are you talking about going to Checkpoint Rest Town? you can take the West Oxcart from Vernworth.Through the Gates you can buy yourself a Beast Mask at the Ibrahim Forgery there. Haven't tested this one,but could work:)
@mraftergames I tried that and it did not work for me. There is a cart that spawns at night that you can get on and ride to get pass the checkpoint. Just remember if you want to get back you either have to have a ferry stone or wait till night again so that same cart comes back and you can travel back to the other side

Just wanted to say that I missed Sigurd during the dragonfight, but before I ever made it into Battahl I found Sigurd in the Coastal Hut in Harve. That's at the top of a hill all the way through the village. Suppose he followed Ulrika.
Also if anybody doesn’t know using the warfarer upgrades all the vocations at once so technically you could just get it and upgrade them that way
So i dont need to lvl up the wizard class to obtein the enchantment?

ok, guys, I can confirm that Warfarer does upgrades the other vocations along with the augments. Just make sure you have unlocked the vocations.
@@BubbleGum566 does it? My warfarer is lvl 4 but all my other vocations still have 1 red dot (lvl)
For trickster, you can put the copy you make on enemies, which gets other enemies to attack them. I have gotten bosses to fight eachother using this tactic
You can also wait for a ox cart to open the gate to bhattal and just follow it through. The guards do get mad though
You can make your way into Battahl just entering inside a cart, was my first time going in that city when I did was some kind of a luxury cart, I just entered before the cart pass through the gate and the gatekeeper didn’t stopped me, also I’ve obtained an trophy for being “illegal”

U don't need to buy the mask at that town u can buy it if u look for a gray wolf man at the front next to the vendor location at the broke bridge
The easiest way i think to get to battahl is ride a cart to cp rest town. Travel east to guerco cavern. After traversing through the cavern you'll find out on the other side of the border just follow the road and you'll reach battahl. There are 2 cyclops and a minotaur along this route and a troll i think but all of them can be ran by unless you need to rest at a camp. One of the cyclops is right by the camp so i had to take it out to rest.
something to add you can make the Newt liqueur can be made using Fruity wine and saurian tail

1:38 i didn’t talk to Sigurd after the dragon fight so he left the village i ended up finding him randomly in Harve village inside the coastal hut hope that helps anyone that missed out on talking to him like i did.

I accidentally didn’t wear my mask and got in a fight came back later there was no bales, but he was there and I had the mass but I didn’t get that option because there was no pails of hay. What do I do?
Can you add the advised level to go to get each of these vocations ie magic archer be at least lv 20
I got all vocations except wayfarer and I am level 27. Some stuff I am running through not to fight every enemy. I would recommend level 22 to be on the safe side. Right now I have not ran into anything locked behind a boss encounter.

U can get throw the checkpoint gate by just waiting for a wagon just get In there and the gate will open for the wagon u just have to be inside
Actually Sigurd lives at the small town where the secret shrine entrance is located. Sigurd has a house at the top of hill. I walk in his house and unlock the vocation.
If you guys want an easy way to get past the Border there's a cart that drives past the checkpoint and if you just hide inside of it it'll pass through the gate and you'll be free
I love how they never tell us there’s enemies at the bottom or you have to figure out how to get through the wall.

For Wayfarer, is it possible to equip weapons of the same vocation in order to have more skills ?
For instance, for a Sorcerer build. Would it be possible to equip 3 staffs to have 9 skills ?

Sorcerer in first game can have 6 skill
4 are not enough for sorcerer
No you are still limited to picking only 4 skill slots which skills remain the same irrespective of what weapon you use and, 1 of which will be taken up by armarments leaving you with three real slots to use. Realistically will only run 2 weapons / classes and slot in 3 skills from the 2 classes.

Your closest would be warrior, not sure if there's an Odachi type weapon though because the game is set in a western medieval type setting

For those who are thinking about leveling up all of their vocations with the wayfarer, do not do this. When using the wayfarer vocation 50% of the exp aquired goes to wayfarer, the rest is split up between ALL vocations you have currently unlocked. After having all of the vocations unlocked, i have found out it's much quicker to just level them individually by switching to the vocation i want to level up. The only "pros" to using wayfarer from what i've discovered is the fact that you can wear any armor and you can use the magic archer skills and just go to town slowly leveling over time. Not having to swap armor all the time is useful, however not worth the trouble due to the increased time it takes to level everything in my honest opinion.
That is not how I got Mystic Spearhead, lol. I got it at Harve Village, house at the far right of the village.

I just want to say there is a way much easier way to get to battahl without getting permit and not having to face all those chimeras and enemies in that long route.

It doesnt matter. Just use any greatsword or great Staff for it.
You can buy the weapons in resthold before the battghal gate.

On the quest to esprt the dwarf to the hot springs. I lost the dwarf. Had this big fight and after hes no where to be found. I went vack to his house and the hot springs but nothing. And the quest is still active. Wat do i do?
how did you get to the volcanic island though? Nobody, literaly nobody talks about how to open the giant door in south battal. Every guide just starts with "gO tO vOlCaNiC iSlAnD"

The mask can be used with the permit. You don't need a permit to pass. You can wait till night time and get on a cart to sneak pass him. That is if you want to go early.

This game is okay. I just have a soft place for the original Dragons Dogma. Just something about the new classes wasn't appealing when I start playing. The ensnare move with thief you can just spam that and your good.

Never played dd1 but if you want max damage output sorcerer is the way to go. Thieves are the most fun I think and they do a lot of damage as well!
I chose Thief for my main pawn, shes an absolute dps monster and I got the maister skill for thieves within just a few hours of starting the game. They are literally assassins from DD1 although locked to just dagger skills, but its still the closest a pawn gets to a hybrid vocation in strength

nameless village, there main story quests will take you there, specifically the false sovern. There is a maister in the manor. He isn't the only one though, because that one is the false maister. There is another down a hole near the manor. Both the skills can be used together, and the second one enables the first one to be significantly more useful@@brownbeastoftheleaf3215
