Just want to add... If it seems a stretch to claim "I am happy" when you honestly don't feel that way, you could say to yourself, "I wonder what it would FEEL like to be happy. WOW... 20 minutes in and I started to cry.... I felt like I entered the spirit realm and was informed of animals having souls. helped me a lot. my mom is a really horrible person, and her harsh words and actions really take a toll on me and the rest of my family. spirituality has helped me ground myself and feel safe when that feeling is needed the most. after the full moon, my mom has been more agressive than normal. it reminds me to not stay for long, find peace and balance somewhere far. i will make this my reality. me and others who are dealing with negativity currently, we will find peace.

I have been having anxiety about my health lately and as soon as I played this video I felt as if a weight was lifted off of my chest and that my body was restored. I tried praying to God before this but I felt as if there was negative energy blocking my prayers. After this I’m sure God will hear everything more clearly. Took me a long time to take space and get healing, I didn’t even realize I had the right to have boundaries because I was abused since childhood...not saying you can relate to that part, idk. Regardless I relate to your story. I’ve spent the last 4 years healing after those bad relationships and am still basically in isolation and losing hope. There will always be some that will try to mistreat you, but you don't have to put up with it, no matter where it comes from. Know your worth, my dear, and don't be afraid to make decisions accordingly. I know it might sound cliché, but when you're in doubt, try to listen to your "heart", your instinct, and do whatever will bring you peace because it feels right.
