ok so i want to say something that right now it is almost 5 in the morning and I was awake the whole night . Because I had to study but instead I lost my focus and started watching TH-cam... it's not just about today I do it everytime... moreover, it's my 10th and since from childhood I am good at studies but as I am growing I am losing my interest and concentration in studies and today I finally decided to restrict all this and yk what right now at 5 in the morning I am listening this because I am feeling a lot of negativity around me which never let's me study and I indulge in watching phone...ok but when i am listening to this mantra by closing my eyes and trying to concentrate between my eyes where we usually meditate but some sort of lights or structures were not letting me do it but i am trying to remove the negativity around so that I become more focused...i just hope it will help me

I have been listening to this song /Hym since start of Jan. It really impacted my life in many ways. Unwanted tensions, quarrels at house mainly at office had lot of issues, the intensity has come down. Mainly I feel my bad luck has reduced a lot. Recite this mantra in your heart 3 times and just play it in the background and do your work.

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. Anyone from any religion or sect can follow it alongside their own systems. There is no translation for the word Dharam in any other languages . Those are religions and sects. Divine knowledge has been ordained through these Shaastars by divinity after creation of the universe by the Divine , the only and Supreme Power , manifested in everything in the universe .
