Before watching it, i was kinda stressed from many stuff til it affected my physical condition : stomach ulcer n pain around my liver. I didn't really feel anything in the first 4 minutes, after 7-8 minutes listening to it. The ulcers just gone. I didn't feel nauseous any longer n the pain just disappeared.
