Chicken thinly sliced/ bite sized
2Tbsp Cornstarch
1Tbsp Soy sauce
1Tbsp water
1pc egg (white only)
1tsp ground pepper
-For the Sauce
2Tbsp Soysauce
2Tbsp Cornstarch
1Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1Tbsp Dark Soy sauce
1Tbsp Brown Sugar
1Tsp Grated Ginger (or paste)
1Tsp Grated Garlic (or paste)
1/2Tsp white or black ground pepper
1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock
