How accurate does the fish finder read with the transducer mounted in the kayak like that?

its gets a ok reading just if you have side scan that will not work and the temp will be off
@@ZoneViewSports I would think the sonar signal will be greatly attenuated and weakened. I love the idea, but I suspect the performance loss would be too much.
Only thing about this setup is there’s no water temp reading

At 5:00, it looks like the transducer is mounted backwards.
Worst idea ever for mounting a transducer and optimizing your graph. Why pay all this money for a graph to get the least performance? No temp readings and interference is definitely a con to mounting your transducer this way.

A S Depends on what lure I’m using; frogs are a Dobyns extra hvy/fast with a Shimano SLX DC; crankbaits are a 7 ft MH cranking stick with a Johnny Morris signature, jigs and chatterbaits on a 7ft MH bass pro tourney with a Johnny Morris again
