After the minute of work athletes will proceed to the FL and begin FS#1. Athletes will have one minute to shoot their course of fire. After FS#1 is finished athletes may go back to where their bar is staged and wait until the next round to begin the next minute of work.
This will be repeated for 2 more rounds. Each round athletes must switch hands. Athletes must shoot with the same hand they just used to carry their weight with.
After round three, a one minute rest period will start. At this time athletes will be required to load their 3 pistol magazines back up in preparation for the final 3 rounds.

@@TheTwistedCam So, I feel the need to respond. I’m old and very out of shape. However, even I know how difficult these competitions are. You have to have strength, endurance, and a mental stamina. Then you need to be able to be steady enough to hit the targets with an elevated heart rate and sweat running into your eyes. The majority of these athletes are not professionals and have day jobs and other responsibilities. They train hard to be able to compete. Please don’t downplay what they are doing.
