It's a great video! I am also a firm believer of Ayurveda and seen many people with mental ailments getting better by taking consultation at Planet Ayurveda.
I do not advise getting a chiropractor to realign your spine so that energy can travel throughout your body. That sounds ridiculous and dangerous. I do however see the importance in sitting correctly to breath appropriately, but go and see a Physio to correct your posture. It's mostly to do with muscle imbalances rather than "misalignment of bones" which creates poor posture.
