Anikha and I have been training partners for the last year and have been benefitted greatly from it.
I jumped in on a workout she had on her program and in this video you get to watch the whole thing AND see us talk over it while we watch it back after.

50/65 cal row
50 chest to bar pull-ups
50 burpees to target 6” above reach
50 toe to bar
50/65 cal row
