    thank you for the tips. In your experience, is the presentation usually first in the interview or last after being asked questions?

      I hope the tips helps, usually the presentation is first, then interview but you could check with the recruitment lead for sure.

    I have an adult nursing lecturer interview upcoming, can you share few more tips?

    • @carolforde-johnston
      @carolforde-johnston  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Madhushri, I think it's helpful to visit the University and meet the team to chat through the teaching you will be delivering and aspects of the role. If you can't secure a visit, review their website and really drill down on the job description and background research linked to teaching, learning and assessing students. Review the most recent national educational standards and strategies e.g. NMC standards for pre-reg nursing. Wishing you all the best in your interview.

    I like the assess, plan. Implement and evaluate strategy but can’t find a reference source for it. Can you please let me know where it is originally from??

    • @carolforde-johnston
      @carolforde-johnston  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It reflects aspects of the nursing process and care planning. However there are 5 stages in the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluation. You could use Jean Orlando's seminal work if you need reference and add diagnose stage in.
