      How to train for low heart rate in half marathon? Right now with pace of 8:30 to 9 my heart rate goes to 160 to 170. But I don't want to quit running. Please advice

    Mera heart rate kabhi kabhi slow bhagne pe bhi 155/160 Tak jata hai pahile 1/2 hr mein. Toh kya Mukhe turant ruk jana chayiye Aur aisa kyu hota hai 😊

    Good info
    Had slight discomfort in heart today just after 2nd round of sprint, little elbow pain and shoulder pain left side. Just for 2 mins. That worried me a lot
    Regarding am I even fit to do sprints

    Sir meri age 30 year hai height 5'5" Weight 77 hai joki overweight hai iske liye main subah ko walk start kiya hai aur oily food ko bhi bye bye kar diya hai par mere sath problem ye aa rahi hai jab bhi main 400 meter slow run mei bhi bhi bhagta hoon to mera heart rate 170-180 hota aur kafi hafne bhi lagta hoon. sir iske liye koi upaye bataye 🙏

    Sir i am 36 yrs old and my HR during rest is 75-85 while walking at 6kmph pace it reaches 115-130.. when i run 400meters at 8-10kmph speed it reaches 165-185 .. and after resting for 2 mins it becomes normal again .. is it dangerous or normal?

      @@king83virk initially I was also worried as I used to experience mild pain in my sternum joint.. but it has been almost a year now but I am perfectly ok and nothing happened 😃 now I walk 10-12 km a day in 2 hrs time and heart beat doesn't exceed 145-150...

      @@king83virk my doctor said my body was not exposed to cardio exercises like fast running etc, also my weight was 77 kg ... That's why it took some time to make it a habit.. now after six months of training I lost 6kg weight and also now I am able to run 600-700m in one go.. initially I used to get exhausted after 200 m only..

    How to improve heart rate zone
    I run only 4-5 km with pace 7 min/km but my heart rate is 160-170 and avg is 137
