Sir I am gmohan .retd govt officer. I started running for my fitness. Gradually increased to Hm. Daily walk run walk. I am personally happy-go-lucky to be top three in all events. Daily 15 to 18 km two hm. Ina month. Average 5500 km every year.i follow Galloway.so far so good. No medical issues. Four procam topper I am 74. Can I continue Daily run.
Sir please suggest any exercise for shin pain.. whenever i run more than 5km i get this severe shin pain . So again i have to stop running for weeks just to recover
Meri normal heart beat 130 rehti hai mai walk karta hun to sans hool jati hai. Bohat muskil se 1 min running ka sakta hun. Mai apna heart rate kesay normal karun.?
Sir ek question tha aapse main anxiety disorder se guzar Raha hu aaj se 4 saal pahle me cricket khelta tha pr 4 saalo se bhanga nahi hu mera pulse rate walking me v 130 se 140 tk chala jata hai brisk walk me 150 tk to kya mujhe running krni chahiye?yaa kitne dino tk walk krne ke Baad running start kr sakta hu?
