Loving that more people are using the S14 for racing and not drifting .

2:31 - love the NOS Energy Drink colors, and the gloss primer grey powder coat on the charge pipes, pulley, compressor housing, and reservoirs shows attention to detail. super nice touch, race cars can indeed pull double duty as "show cars" without the expense of Ti pie cuts. 😎

I completely forgot about Motive Video. I used to watch their videos religiously back in the day. The initial JET 200 build videos was done so well, and you just didnt see that type of production on TH-cam 10 years ago. Hope those guys are doing great!

If I’m not mistaken this car did break into the 1:29’s.

Big fan of Motive. Love to see them popping up elsewhere. I think they did in fact go on to run a 1:29?

I notice the coolant swirl pot inlets and outlets are configured so it doesnt actually swirl. Wonder if there is an advantage to this or if it was accidental

If you look at the aircraft theme you’ve gone for, is someway related to the P40’s flown in the Second World War in the pacific campaign where the sharks mouth was seen as a daemon to the opposing pilots.
Maybe you should look at doing a representation of an Australian pilot from where you grew up.

    • @corriegillett2536

Andrew was in the RAFF, hence the jet/airforce inspiration, I think people also use the sharks mouth as it’s more widely recognised so ha more effect.

@@boznorris527mounting it higher gets it out of the turbulent air coming off the rear window and moving it further back gives it more leverage.

same principle as a T-Tail design on some airplanes (ref: classic Boeing 727 on the Beastie Boys Album Cover circa 1986). the rear stabilizer is mounted up high for clean airflow thus giving a Pilot more elevator authority.
