#5 really speaks to me. I bought this car wanting it to be my fun daily that I can also take on off-road trails in the desert and cross-country driving. My mods are going to very different to what most WRX owners will install, but thats ok and the car can pretty much cater to most people's taste if you like the platform in the first place!
I have to say even though I haven't driven alot of cars after buying and driving my first Subaru I already know that at least long term I can't see myself driving anything else at least on a daily basis. They are just over all fantastic , fun , great handling and extremely capable cars. Every time I drive mine I consistently have a smile on my face especially when I'm ripping it in the snow or on loose surfaces j
I used to be a die hard Camaro driver. Very loyal to the Chevy brand too still to this day my other vehicle is Colorado Trailboss truck. What made me change direction to WRX is change of lifestyle post Covid riding bike 🚴 kayaking 🛶 and exploring and camping. WRX is a 🦄 allows me to add roof rack and rear hitch to haul and the all wheel drive to handle any weather or any road conditions. It’s jack of trades without having to opt for a suv or crossover style automoble
Ive had muscle cars and now I have a VB WRX. I like them all. This is a really easy car to change the oil on DIY. I dont know why anyone with a safe place to work doesnt do this routine job themselves. This car IMO is a swiss army knife: not the best at anything but does a lot of things very well.
6 for sure breh, I always watch your vids and value your feedback. My first wrx is my 2022, it’s just as fun as I coulda hoped it could be! I sell em now too haha
#6 I cant count the amount of times I asked a question on the subaru discord about issues i'm having with my car and multiple people try to help me solve/find the issue and educate me on things I dont know. in the end it help me save a lot of money.
I really like your channel. I wanted to know if you would do a video on the Subaru Levorg. Specifically, the Levorg going to Mexico and the Mexican Levorg will be a manual shift model. Mexico is LHD just like the United States, and what are our chances of getting a Subaru Levorg USDM. We haven't seen a WRX hatchback/wagon since 2014. Look how well the Toyota GR Corolla has been received, which is only available in hatchback form. Agree with #6.
Front lip for sure! And something on the trunk. Those two things will bake a huge deal. Emaill JXR Performance and ill get you hooked up with a Duckbill and roof spoiler, just say i told you to go there so I can hook up a big discount lol
#6, Hey, just stumbled upon your channel. I drive a cheap FWD economy car, but within the past year or so have really gotten into the rally scene. I've got a Colin McRae/Derek Ringer '95 1:18 scale model on a shelf above my desk haha. I also purchased a bunch of really nice driving sim rig stuff - dedicated stand, DD Motor, feedback pedals, physical handbrake/h shifter etc etc. I play a lot of a "game"/sandbox driving simulator called BeamNG, exclusively for its rally sim. And every time I run a stage, I use my custom tuned Impreza (or at least, the game's copyright-avoiding equivalent). I've been steadily falling in love with the technical side of rally, albeit without much of any real-world applied mechanic skill outside of basic car maintenance. But ya know, I'd spend COUNTLESS hours reading and just walking through the baby steps of how cars work - what the hell is a center diff, how do turbochargers work, ideal suspension tuning and gear ratios for mixed terrain rally, etc etc. It's seriously such a delight when I take what I've learned and apply it in the car's config... and the performance improvement is very much noticeable! Especially with respect to cornering at speed. Traction on mixed terrain and tight cornering at high speeds is without a doubt my #5 (Very much looking forward to AWD lol!). It's been a fantastic journey so far! I'm coming up on it being time to buy a new car, and I'm really leaning towards a new WRX. My reasoning seemed sound in my head, but this video confirmed it. It was like you were stepping through the same list I made haha. I've watched a few of your videos so far, great informative+entertaining content! Cheers, Sam
Your right, all season fun corner car, very happy with it! Do wish it was a bit faster in a straight line but I will fix that after my warranty is at least half up lol

@@TheBadassOne17 what’s even better is they are closer to the middle on the side and they are not the most fun to get to. The newer cars are easier to access compared to older, however you still need to move the upper “hardware” to even reach down in; and even then you either need an extension or an extension for the extension since they are at an angle. Is it inherently hard? Depends on the person. Is it time consuming and obnoxious? If it’s the only reason why you’re under the hood most definitely.

I never thought I’d fit in with Subaru community but WRX community has been awesome. Minus the STI elitists
It's definitely an everyone is welcome community!
The community is amazing. First time WRX owner here. Got a 2023 VB and I am in love with this thing
congrats on the ride!
