Interesting video, thanks for sharing. I want to work this into my training plan, and its refreshing to get a fairly unbiased take on it, the other videos I have watched have sensationalised it a bit i think 🤣
I wouldn't exactly say I smashed it - it's hard, but achievable! I have three little ones at home, so couldn't get away with midday naps! I definitely think it would be good if you were training for a 50 or 100 mile ultra.
