They are the dark angels of Kpop and the only girl group who consistently incorporate Rock and Metal in their title tracks, fusing that with Kpop into something that basically is a new genre. They also are drenched in horror and social criticism, which again is special. Plus, they are massively talented, all of them. And while the girls look like they could rip out your spine when they are on stage, off stage they are adorable crackheads. 😉 "Bon Voyage" is the 3rd and final part of the Apocalypse trilogy, which is about the destruction of the environment by humanity. The members have mentioned that it is about giving nature a break. Any encounter between human beings always has separation attached to it as well, just as death is a part of life. SuA also said that the fluffy floating thing that Dami summons from her painting is a cell, representing nature. It has been named "Celly" and is adorable, right? My dark mind believes that they are saying "Have a good trip" to humanity, since we are well on our way of wiping ourselves out. It's like a breakup between humanity and the earth. Once humanity is gone, nature gets the break it needs and the circle will begin again. For me, the key to understanding the lyrics is that they are singing as human beings, not as a single person. And they are singing to nature, confessing their love and the realization that we are not good for nature and that it probably resents us. It could also be the other way round (them singing as mother nature to humanity). SuA jumping out after the dove seem to represent their desire for peace. The story of the MV seems to be that the rest of humanity has sheltered away under force fields after the apocalypse. This gives nature time to heal. Musically I can already say this is one of their best songs for me. The chorus slaps hard, and the variations between heavy and slow are just beautiful. It has emotion and impact at the same time. Putting JiU's sweet voice together with an acoustic guitar is simply genius.
One of the members is a fairly fluent English speaker, a couple more are good enough to hold a simple conversation and the rest are probably able to communicate via a mix of halting English and hand gestures.
Yes - DREAMCATCHER!!!! The only gg I listen to - they're amazing! I got to see them live and their vocals are no joke! You must listen to their trilogy, Scream, BOCA and Odd Eye, but all their songs are great.

The short haired brunette is Yoohyeon and she's almost fluent in English (and intermediate in mandarin and japanese, and a couple others), Siyeon (blue hair) is conversational in English, fluent in Japanese nd learning mandarin, Dami (rapper) can understand it well but doesn't speak in it much. Gahyun (orange hair) can understand it but the rest mostly need translators and only speak a few words at most. Handong (hat girl ith butterflies) is naturally multilingual since she's a foreigner.
