My dark mind believes that they are saying "Have a good trip" to humanity, since we are well on our way of wiping ourselves out. It's like a breakup between humanity and the earth. Once humanity is gone, nature gets the break it needs and the circle will begin again. For me, the key to understanding the lyrics is that they are singing as human beings, not as a single person. And they are singing to nature, confessing their love and the realization that we are not good for nature and that it probably resents us. There are still many things I don't know. For me this song gives hope for the future while making our past experience as the foundation for our future to grow,learn to love ourselves and people around us, the image of broken buildings are our past selves and how some of us makes mistakes or our trauma on how it crumbled us and our surroundings and our environment and the flowers growing out of these crumble building indicates that from these experiences we can still grow out like a beautiful flower have a safe journey for our future and not forget our past and use our past experiences to build a foundation for our better future self to grow and flourish....I mean thats what I got anyway
