Sir I attended my TCS tr and mr round interview on 2 June and my hr round interview on 6th June. I didn't get any further updation about the interview. There is any chance to get the offer. Please give me the reply sir🙏😥
Hello sir. Well the company (will not disclose name, it's one of the big 4s) has recruited 30 candidates including during the campus hiring process. As per the company criteria, they said that our onboarding will happen after the completion of our MBA programme (approx. 8-10 months after campus hire) and we would receive our offers 4 months prior to the onboarding. As per their criteria, we are done with our background verification and now have 4 months till onboarding and till now only few candidates from this group of 30 selected candidates have received the offers, rest all have no clue of what is the issue, nor there is any sort of communication from the company nor from the placement cell of our college. What could be the possible reason?

I faced same problem with CTS ( Completed Technical & HR Rounds) shared all requested document's but not updates on releasing offer letter and also no response from them why delay happening.
HR shares interviews recording to friend groups for money and then hires someone who clears interview with same package so it is like putting 20 year candidate for interview when requirement is for 10 years and then selling the interview details to 6-7 year experience candidate and making money ....this practice is followed by Tech Mahindra Mumbai HR

Dear sir I successfully cleared both the technical round and the HR round which were conducted during offline drive held on 13 may 2023 for the post of network admin During the requirement process , my salary expectation were discussed and agreed upon 4.5 lakes, notice ibegin portal that the interview verification status was displayed as ''verified' on 25th May 2023.However,after careful consideration, i send a email requesting an increase in the salary to 4.8 laks.I also followed up on email subsequently. To my concern, the interview verification date on the portal has been updated to 15th June 2023.I have total 2 year experience . I never received offer letter from TCS yet now
