I agree! The Pixi corrector is excellent! I've been using it for years. I also use a small brush to apply it, just like you do, along the dark tear trough, and then apply concealer over top. It really does help to cancel out the darkness. It's amazing what a difference it makes. Wonderful product!

Excellent information 👍, I just had an upper eyelid surgery about a month ago. As someone who always had hooded eyes I'm amazed at the difference in my eyes now. Although I had it done because my lids were dropping and interferring with my vision I'm so happy with the new shape of my eyes l, for the first time in my life I have eyes that look open.

How educational and your doctor is terrific. Slow and steady, a little at a time. Explaining everything as he goes, before and after. And he seems like a genuine caring doctor, a sweetheart!💞🌸⛸
@@dominiquesachsetv So many doctors "walk around" questions, wondering why you bothered to ask in the first place. He does seem genuinely kind and caring. You are fortunate to have found him.
Thanks so much for doing this post! It was very informative. BTW, just a note to anyone out there having the difficulty with mask slipping down past your nose. You don't need to cover so much under your chin, move the entire mask up, even if the edge is just below your lips or on the edge of your jaw. If you need to you can twist the ear bands to make the mask smaller. You can even tie it into a knot very close to the mask edge, tuck the bulging area to the inside.
The puffiness comes from an accumulation of fat or fluid collection, the flip side as in this case is hollowness.. Unfortunately as we age the muscles in our face begin to slacken and we get aging around the mouth and jaw etc... There are massages you can do to help with drainage around the eyes
It's also from allergies. That's what I have. I have fluid build up around my eyes from my allergies. I also sleep on my stomach, which can add to the puffiness around my eyes. I try to sleep on my side, which helps to decrease the puffiness under my eyes.
You are so brave! I loved the information but I could not watch you take one for the team! I’ll wait to see the results later. Thank you for helping your subscribers know the why’s and how’s of these procedures. My hat’s off to you sweet lady! 🙌🏻💪🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻
This was incredibly helpful, thank you. I went to the Dermatologist just today for micro needling to help to build up collagen on my face. My under eyes are my main problem so I now have a better understanding of what else I should consider in the future. Thank you Dominique for sharing this.🥰

I have a question. My dermatologist is recommending Versa for my under eyes. She is also recommending Versa for my marionette lines and nasolabial folds. I am 65 years old. Have had previous fillers, but not Versa. Can you please let me know of option in the use of Versa for all of the areas of the face I’ve mentioned? My appointment is on April 11, 2022. Thank you SO VERY much!! I appreciate your help! 🙏🙏🙏
The cosmetic surgeons or derms I have spoken to said under eye fillers are not a good idea because the risks are far too great. Anything around my eyes scares me.
Hyaluronic acid exists in the cells that are part of your skins' complex matrix of connective tissues. In products like Juvaderm and Restalyn, the hyaluronic acid is completely biodegradable and proven to work with human cells. From what I've read, because it's considered an all natural ingredient, there is little to no risk of allergic reaction, and because the hyaluronic acid is synthesized from bacteria rather than taken from an animal source, it can be used by vegans.
It’s not really about the fillers. It’s all the blood vessels and nerve endings below the eye. I listened to this doc describe how he mitigates those risks, but it still sounds scary to me.
@@jenc893 I’m on Medicare so it was covered. I don’t remember what the doctor billed Medicare for it. I probably wouldn’t have had it done if I had to pay out of pocket.

Very informative. I am glad it did not hurt you. I had botox twice, - very painful indeed. The posive side of it was the fact it lasted for nearly 2 yrs. Even the surgeon was surprised. Happy Christmas season, stay healthy.
Thanks Dominique! I’ve done fillers and as your doctor says little by little is the best way to make you feel confident and happy with the final view! What is your opinion on face yoga?
I had this procedure done a few years ago and it was the BEST thing I could have done for myself. The Dermatologist put Restylane in and filled in those hollows under my eyes. I look younger, more fresh, less tired...It was very close to being 100% pain free. The cost at the time was appx $500.
Please ask the doctor to talk more about eye bags and how to correct them. I've had them since I was young, but as I've gotten older they've gotten bigger. I look fairly young other than that. It's amazing how quickly he was able to smooth out your under eye hollow!

You are so beautiful and look so natural, it’s hard to tell you’ve had anything done! That being said, it makes me sad to think that wrinkles need to be avoided at all costs! The fact that you have to start botox in your 30’s to “avoid” any wrinkles, as if they are some awful thing that makes us ugly or somehow unacceptable...this is what I can’t get my head or my heart around. ☹️

Different answers from everyone. If you could possibly make a video on that I'd be so grateful. God bless.
I am a medical clinician and did my own tear troughs the other week results are amazing I’m not an aesthetic practitioner but have done my own Botox and fillers for 15 years
Wow. Vielen Dank!!! That video was just what I needed. I’ve been wanting to get this procedure done. You made it seem easy breezy. 💕
Thank you so much Dominique! When I asked about hallowness I never expected this from you. You really went the extra mile!!
Yes...Yes...Yes....thank you so much for this video. My hollows bother me so much..ugh.
This is so nice of you to show this with your doctor !!! Thank you he seems such a sweet Dr. thank you , thank you ...
Oh this was so fabulous and informative!! Thank you for your honesty and transparency!! You look so gorgeous and I think the Dr was fantastic and honest about explaining who is and isn’t a candidate!! Another amazing video Dominique!! Love you girl xxx
How educational and your doctor is terrific. Slow and steady, a little at a time. Explaining everything as he goes, before and after. And he seems like a genuine caring doctor, a sweetheart!💞🌸⛸
He's a dear friend and such a good overall human!
@@dominiquesachsetv So many doctors "walk around" questions, wondering why you bothered to ask in the first place. He does seem genuinely kind and caring. You are fortunate to have found him.
This was a helpful video. I’d love to see before & after pics. Thank you & keep up the good work.
I have hollows under my eyes and have considered this procedure. Thanks to you, I may just do it!!! Thank you.
Thank you so much for always being so transparent with these videos and appointments! This was so helpful and informative!!
Awesome video! I’ve been thinking about my options for under eye bags and this helps a lot
This is empowering to see. It's a very personal decision and you made this very educational and non judgemental. Thank you for your bravery.
I would like to know more about puffiness and bags
Me, too! I kept thinking, if only I HAD hollows! ha ha and true The puffy bags are my issue...
Me three 😓
Me, too!! 😊
Thank you so much!!
This was incredibly helpful, thank you. I went to the Dermatologist just today for micro needling to help to build up collagen on my face. My under eyes are my main problem so I now have a better understanding of what else I should consider in the future. Thank you Dominique for sharing this.🥰
Have you thought about doing some microneedling at home between sessions?
Wow!! What a FANTASTIC DOCTOR and such impeccable explanations. First time subscriber
I was just talking to a friend about under eye filler! This was perfect information! I only wish your doctor was in Florida. Thank you for always sharing!!!😘
Lord, me too sister!
IN So. Fl I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Astaphan in Ft. Lauderdale he’s fabulous & doesn’t over due anything. He’s also an anesthesiologist. He’s wonderful!
@@flamencomagick3260 Thank you so much for the information!
I was just thinking, that’s a lot of unnatural stuff going into your body. Maybe I’m being too naive and it’s really not that bad but overtime...
I love the way the Dr. explains everything step by step.
Wow! I had my eyelids done recently! It’s more extensive of course, but was easy to recover since I was careful to follow instructions!
Was it expensive?
@@jenc893 I’m on Medicare so it was covered. I don’t remember what the doctor billed Medicare for it. I probably wouldn’t have had it done if I had to pay out of pocket.
You may not have had much, but that was a lot informative! And the doctor’s explanations to your questions told us so much about these types of procedures! Thanks, as always! ❤️
You're most welcome :)
Gee Dominique, have you ever thought about a career in TV?? Big hugs 🤗 you’re the best!
Great Dr. ..one...let's you save what you do not use..allot of Dr tell fibbys about this. . Two..having you come back in after two weeks to see your progress...xxoooo
Very informative. I am glad it did not hurt you. I had botox twice, - very painful indeed. The posive side of it was the fact it lasted for nearly 2 yrs. Even the surgeon was surprised.
Happy Christmas season, stay healthy.
Thank you for your honesty, and keeping it real!!
Always!
Thanks Dominique! I’ve done fillers and as your doctor says little by little is the best way to make you feel confident and happy with the final view! What is your opinion on face yoga?
Eeek! That was brave of you. Will we get to see before and after pics?
Sure!
I had this procedure done a few years ago and it was the BEST thing I could have done for myself. The Dermatologist put Restylane in and filled in those hollows under my eyes. I look younger, more fresh, less tired...It was very close to being 100% pain free. The cost at the time was appx $500.
And mine has lasted a couple of years! So natural looking... so smooth. I will probably get a touch up this month?
@@janetcopeland5014 Me also lasted a long time, so it's great.
@@janetcopeland5014 Me too, it really made me look way less tired and a lot healthier, loved this video 💛😘
Please ask the doctor to talk more about eye bags and how to correct them. I've had them since I was young, but as I've gotten older they've gotten bigger. I look fairly young other than that. It's amazing how quickly he was able to smooth out your under eye hollow!
While I don’t agree with this personally, I know we all have the right to make up our own minds about it!🥰
I’m impressed with Dr. Aguilar; my doctor’s in Dallas but since I’m in Houston Dr. Aguilar could be a great back-up for me.
This is when an actual broadcast professional/journalist becomes a TH-camr. Quality content and polished presentation 👌👌👌
My sister & I watch you every week. We're the Mexico City Sisters (SSMC), your biggest Mexican fans.
Love the topics you present,
U always look amaizing!👍🏼
Thank you so much!!
You are so beautiful and look so natural, it’s hard to tell you’ve had anything done!
That being said, it makes me sad to think that wrinkles need to be avoided at all costs!
The fact that you have to start botox in your 30’s to “avoid” any wrinkles, as if they are some
awful thing that makes us ugly or somehow unacceptable...this is what I can’t get my head or my heart around. ☹️
I totally agree!
Fantastic video Dominique. Glad to know all he had to say about the treatments available. Thank you for sharing this experience with us. At my age of 71years young, I wish I had done Botox on my forehead before the deep wrinkles set in. I'm saving for my first treatment of Botox on my forehead.
Man I wish he was near me. 😭 I love it.
Thank you Dominique, that was VERY informative. I've been debating whether I should have it or not. I think I'll see my dermatologist very soon.
Ladies, these dark circles are worry some. You see me without make up, you would think someone has hit me. As long as i can remember, i always had them. I once had fillers injected and it made a big difference. But even with make up, i could never hide them completely.
Great video, great info. I had the same filler about 1 month ago and am so happy. I loved that you showed this. Wonderful & thanks for sharing.
Oh, Dominique...you are so brave. I look forward to seeing your lower eyes next time!
